What is claimed is: 1. A charging device comprising: a base that comprises power transmission circuitry, a charger panel and a coil operatively coupled to the power transmission circuitry, wherein the charger panel comprises a transparent material, wherein the coil is visible via the transparent material, wherein the base comprises a surface that comprises an opening, disposed between a front surface of the charger panel and a front edge of the base, for positioning of a first portion of a mobile device at a depth in the opening for alignment of a second portion of the mobile device, that is a distance above the opening, with the coil, and wherein the charger panel is positionable with respect to the surface of the base to transition the charger panel from a closed position disposed at least in part in a recess in the surface of the base to an open position wherein the charger panel extends outwardly from the base at an angle greater than approximately 10 degrees with respect to a back surface of the charger panel and the surface of the base. 2. The charging device of claim 1 , wherein, in the closed position, a first portion of the charger panel forms a back side of the opening, and wherein, in the open position, a second portion of the charger panel forms the back side of the opening. 3. The charging device of claim 2 , comprising a spring-biased lock that responds to pressure to transition the charger panel from the closed position to the open position. 4. The charging device of claim 1 , comprising a spring-biased pop out adjuster that responds to pressure to transition the charger panel from the closed position to the open position. 5. The charging device of claim 1 , comprising an arm that extends from the base, wherein the arm comprises a coupling for coupling of a display device to the arm. 6. The charging device of claim 5 , wherein the display device comprises a processor and memory accessible to the processor. 7. The charging device of claim 6 , wherein the display device comprises an all-in-one (AIO) computer. 8. The charging device of claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a connector for supply of electrical power to the base, wherein the power transmission circuitry is operatively coupled to the connector. 9. The charging device of claim 8 , wherein the base comprises an arm that extends from the base and that is operatively coupled to a display device, wherein the display device is supportable on a support surface by the base, and wherein the base is electrically coupled to the display device for supply of electrical power to the power transmission circuitry. 10. The charging device of claim 1 , wherein the base comprises a foot for supporting the base on a surface and for receipt by a slot of another base for stacking the base and the other base. 11. The charging device of claim 1 , wherein the transparent material comprises glass. 12. The charging device of claim 1 , wherein the transparent material comprises a polymeric material. 13. The charging device of claim 1 , wherein the opening comprises a length that is greater than approximately 50 mm and less than approximately 300 mm and a width that is greater than approximately 5 mm and less than approximately 20 mm. 14. The charging device of claim 1 , wherein the angle is less than approximately 110 degrees. 15. The charging device of claim 1 , comprising at least one joint between the charger panel and the base. 16. The charging device of claim 15 , wherein the at least one joint comprises at least one friction joint. 17. The charging device of claim 1 , wherein the charger panel is formed from the transparent material to allow for transmission of rays of light through the charger panel and wherein the coil is recessed in the transparent material that forms the charger panel.
