According to one or more embodiments, an organic light-emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the organic layer including an emission layer. The organic layer includes a first compound represented by Formula 1 and a second compound represented by one selected from Formulae 2-1 to 2-3:

What is claimed is: 1. An organic light-emitting device comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode; and an organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the organic layer comprising an emission layer and a hole transport region between the emission layer and the first electrode, wherein the emission layer consists of one host and one or more dopants, the one host consisting of a first compound selected from Compounds A-101 to A-221 and B-101 to B-230, the hole transport region comprises an emission auxiliary layer on the emission layer, a hole transport layer directly on the emission auxiliary layer, and a hole injection layer on the hole transport layer, the emission auxiliary layer comprises a second compound selected from Compounds E-104 to E-113, E-115, E-118, E-120, E-122 to E-128, E-130, E-135, E-137 to E-157, E-159 to E-168, and E-259 to E-270:
