We claim: 1. An analysis system apparatus: a communication interface configured to communicate with at least one water consuming device and receive a reporting message including geographic data and sensor data collected at the at least one water consuming device, wherein the sensor data includes at least one image of a user associated with the at least one water consuming device; a server configured to perform an analysis of the sensor data collected at the at least one water consuming device to identify a condition; and a condition database that correlates the geographic data with the condition identified by the server based on the analysis of the sensor data collected by the at least one water consuming appliance. 2. The analysis system of claim 1 , wherein the sensor data includes a sensor identifier indicative of a type of sensor. 3. The analysis system of claim 1 , wherein the sensor data includes at least one timestamp for the sensor data. 4. The analysis system of claim 1 , wherein the server is configured to generate a message for distribution to users in a geographic area based on the analysis and the geographic data. 5. The analysis system of claim 4 , wherein the message is an alert. 6. The analysis system of claim 4 , wherein the message includes a setting for the at least one water consuming device.
