The present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical combination comprising (a) a histone deacetylase 6 inhibitor and (b) an aurora kinase inhibitor, including combined preparations and pharmaceutical compositions thereof; uses of such combination in the treatment or prevention of cancer; and methods of treating or preventing cancer in a subject comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of such combination.

The invention claimed is: 1. A pharmaceutical combination comprising a histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) inhibitor and an aurora kinase inhibitor, wherein the HDAC6 inhibitor is or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and the aurora kinase inhibitor is alisertib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. The pharmaceutical combination of claim 1 , wherein the HDAC6 inhibitor and the aurora kinase inhibitor are in the same formulation. 3. The pharmaceutical combination of claim 1 , wherein the HDAC6 inhibitor and the aurora kinase inhibitor are in separate formulations. 4. The pharmaceutical combination of claim 1 , wherein the combination is for simultaneous or sequential administration.
