What is claimed is: 1. A wireless power receiver comprising: a power pick-up circuit being configured to receive wireless power from a wireless power transmitter being equipped with a primary coil via magnetic coupling with the wireless power transmitter in an operating frequency and to convert an alternating current signal being generated by the wireless power to a direct current signal; and a communication/control circuit being configured to perform out-band communication with the wireless power transmitter using frequencies other than the operating frequency and configured to control reception of the wireless power, wherein the wireless power receiver is configured to: transmit, to the wireless power transmitter, a configuration (CFG) packet, wherein the CFG packet includes an out-band packet informing whether the out-band communication is supported; establish a connection of the out-band communication with the wireless power transmitter; receive, from the wireless power transmitter, a firmware transmission request through the out-band communication; and transmit, to the wireless power transmitter, firmware information through the out-band communication, wherein the wireless power receiver and the wireless power transmitter exchange the firmware information which is longer than a maximum transmission unit (MTU) based on repeating a blob request and a blob response by increasing an offset value as much as the MTU. 2. The wireless power receiver of claim 1 , wherein the firmware information includes at least one of a Manufacturer ID or a Firmware ID of the wireless power transmitter. 3. A wireless power transmitter comprising: a power conversion circuit being configured to transmit wireless power to a wireless power receiver by using a primary coil, the primary coil having formed magnetic coupling with the wireless power receiver in an operating frequency; and a communication/control circuit being configured to perform out-band communication with the wireless power receiver using frequencies other than the operating frequency, wherein the wireless power transmitter is configured to: receive, from the wireless power receiver, a configuration (CFG) packet, wherein the CFG packet includes an out-band packet informing whether the out-band communication is supported; establish a connection of the out-band communication with the wireless power receiver; transmit, to the wireless power receiver, a firmware transmission request through the out-band communication; and receive, from the wireless power receiver, firmware information through the out-band communication, wherein the wireless power receiver and the wireless power transmitter exchange the firmware information which is longer than a maximum transmission unit (MTU) based on repeating a blob request and a blob response by increasing an offset value as much as the MTU. 4. The wireless power transmitter of claim 3 , wherein the firmware information includes at least one of a Manufacturer ID or a Firmware ID of the wireless power transmitter. 5. A method for transmitting firmware information, the method performed by a wireless power receiver and comprising: transmitting, to a wireless power transmitter, a configuration (CFG) packet, wherein the CFG packet includes an out-band packet informing whether an out-band communication is supported; establishing a connection of the out-band communication with the wireless power transmitter; receiving, from the wireless power transmitter, a firmware transmission request through the out-band communication; and transmitting, to the wireless power transmitter, a firmware information through the out-band communication, wherein the wireless power receiver and the wireless power transmitter exchange the firmware information which is longer than a maximum transmission unit (MTU) based on repeating a blob request and a blob response by increasing an offset value as much as the MTU.
