An organic light emitting device, comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode provided to face the first electrode; and a first organic material layer and a second organic material layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the first organic material layer comprises a compound of the following Formula 1, and the second organic material layer comprises a compound of the following Formula 2: wherein in Formula 1: R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, deuterium, a halogen group, a cyano group, a nitro group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted haloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted haloalkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; L1 and L2 are each independently a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group; Ar4 is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; Ar5 is the following Formula 3; a and b are each independently an integer from 0 to 4; when a and b are each independently 2 or more, the substituents in the parenthesis are the same as or different from each other; wherein in Formula 3: Ar6 and Ar7 are each independently hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; c is an integer from 0 to 4; d is an integer from 0 to 3; when c and d are each independently 2 or more, the substituents in the parenthesis are the same as or different from each other; wherein in Formula 2: at least one of X1 to X3 is N, and the remaining is or are CR; R is hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, or is optionally bonded to an adjacent substituent to form a ring; Ar1 to Ar3 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, and at least one of Ar1 to Ar3 is any one selected from the following Formulae 201 to 205: wherein in Formulae 201 to 205: L3 is a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group; L4 is a substituted or unsubstituted arylene group; G is O or S; R21 to R25 are each independently hydrogen, deuterium, a cyano group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; R26 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group; q is an integer from 1 to 3, and when q is 2 or more, the L4s are the same as or different from each other; and r21 to r25 are an integer from 0 to 4, and when r23 to r25 are each 2 or more, the substituents in the parentheses are the same as or different from each other. 2. The organic light emitting device of claim 1 , wherein Formula 3 is any one selected from the following Formulae 301 to 304: wherein in Formulae 301 to 304: the definitions of Ar6, Ar7, c, and d are the same as those defined in Formula 3. 3. The organic light emitting device of claim 1 , wherein the first organic material layer comprises a light emitting layer, and the light emitting layer comprises the compound of Formula 1. 4. The organic light emitting device of claim 3 , wherein the compound of Formula 1 is a host of the light emitting layer. 5. The organic light emitting device of claim 1 , wherein the second organic material layer comprises a hole blocking layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer, or an electron injection and transport layer, and the hole blocking layer, the electron transport layer, the electron injection layer, or the electron injection and transport layer comprises the compound of Formula 2. 6. The organic light emitting device of claim 1 , wherein the second organic material layer is in contact with the first organic material layer. 7. The organic light emitting device of claim 1 , wherein Formula 1 is selected from among the following compounds:
