Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

Provided are a fluorinated compound for patterning a metal or an electrode (cathode), an organic electronic element using the same, and an electronic device thereof, wherein a fine pattern of the electrode is formed by using the fluorinated compound as a material for patterning a metal or an electrode (cathode), without using a shadow mask, and it is possible to more easily apply UDC since it is easy to manufacture a transparent display having high light transmittance.

What is claimed is: 1. A fluorinated compound as a material for metal (cathode) patterning represented by Formula (2-11) and having an intramolecular fluorine content of 30% or more: wherein: 1) b is an integer of 0 to 10, 2) x is an integer of 5 to 15, and y+z is an integer of 2x+1, 3) A′ is a C 6 -C 30 arylene group, 4) R 4 is selected from the group consisting of a C 6 -C 30 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C 2 -C 30 heterocyclic group including at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si or P; a C 1 -C 20 alkyl group; and a C 1 -C 20 alkoxyl group; or R 4 may be bonded to each other to form a ring, 5) wherein, the aryl group, the arylene group, the heterocyclic group, the fluorenyl group, the alkyl group, and the alkoxyl group may be further substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of deuterium; halogen; a C 1 -C 20 alkyl group; C 2 -C 20 alkenyl group; C 6 -C 20 aryl group; C 6 -C 20 aryl group substituted with deuterium; and C 2 -C 20 heterocyclic group. 2. The fluorinated compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by Formula (2-11) is any one of the following compounds: 3. The fluorinated compound of claim 1 , wherein the fluorine content of the compound represented by Formula (2-11) is 30% to 80%. 4. The fluorinated compound of claim 1 , wherein the contact angle of the compound represented by Formula (2-11) is 90° to 180°. 5. The fluorinated compound of claim 1 , wherein the contact angle of the compound represented by Formula (2-11) is 90° to 150°. 6. An organic electronic element comprising an anode; a non-light emitting region; and a light emitting region; wherein the non-light emitting region comprises at least one organic material layer on the anode, and a metal patterning layer on the organic material layer, and wherein, on the organic material layer, the light emitting region comprises a metal; a metal electrode; or metal and metal electrodes; and wherein the metal patterning layer comprises the fluorinated compound represented by Formula (2-11) according to claim 1 and having an intramolecular fluorine content of 30% or more. 7. The organic electronic element of claim 6 , wherein the metal in the metal patterning using the compound represented by Formula (2-11) comprises Ag. 8. The organic electronic element of claim 6 , wherein the metal in the metal patterning using the compound represented by Formula (2-11) comprises Ag or Mg. 9. The organic electronic element of claim 6 , wherein a mixture of two or more different compounds represented by Formula (2-11) is used. 10. An electronic device comprising: a display device comprising the organic electronic element of claim 6 ; and a control unit for driving the display device. 11. The electronic device according to claim 10 , wherein the organic electronic element is selected from the group consisting of an organic electroluminescent device, an organic transistor, a monochromatic lighting device, and a quantum dot display device. 12. A composition for metal patterning comprising the fluorinated compound according to Formula (2-11) of claim 1 , or two or more of said compound having different structures from each other.
