What is claimed is: 1. A method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: transmitting, to a smart secure platform service discovery service (SSPDS), by a local bundle assistant (LBA), a first message for checking an SSPDS event associated with a smart secure platform (SSP) of the terminal; receiving, from the SSPDS, a second message including information on whether the SSPDS event is registered for the SSP, wherein the SSPDS event is registered in the SSPDS by a secondary platform bundle manager (SPBM); and receiving, from the SSPDS, the SSPDS event after the SSP associated with the SSPDS event is authenticated by the SSPDS. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the LBA is configured with a SSPDS address, wherein the SSPDS address is configured per a family identifier or a custodian identifier, and wherein a primary platform identifier (PPID) is displayed with the SSPDS address configured in the LBA. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first message includes an identifier associated with the SSP, wherein the identifier is generated based on a primary platform identifier (PPID) of the terminal and a server address, and wherein the identifier is used for discovering the SSPDS event registered in the SSPDS. 4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: transmitting, to the SSPDS, by the LBA, a request for a push based event notification; receiving, from the SSPDS, an indication indicating whether the SSPDS accepts the request; and receiving, from the SSPDS, a notification of a SSPDS event registration, in case that the indication indicates that the SSPDS accepts the request and an SSPDS event associated with the push based event notification is registered. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein a transmission of the first message and a reception of the second message are performed by the LBA without mutual authentication between the terminal and the SSPDS. 6. A method performed by a smart secure platform service discovery service (SSPDS) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: registering at least one SSPDS event based on a request from a secondary platform bundle manager (SPBM); receiving, from a local bundle assistant (LBA) of a terminal including a smart secure platform (SSP), a first message for checking an SSPDS event associated with the SSP of the terminal; transmitting, to the LBA of the terminal, a second message including information on whether the SSPDS event is registered for the SSP; and transmitting, to the LBA of the terminal, the SSPDS event, after the SSP associated with the SSPDS event is authenticated by the SSPDS. 7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the LBA of the terminal associated with the SSP is configured with a SSPDS address, wherein the SSPDS address is configured per a family identifier or a custodian identifier, and wherein a primary platform identifier (PPID) is displayed with the SSPDS address configured in the LBA. 8. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first message includes an identifier associated with a secure element (SE), wherein the identifier is generated based on a primary platform identifier (PPID) of the terminal and a server address, and wherein the identifier is used for discovering the SSPDS event registered in the SSPDS. 9. The method of claim 6 , the method further comprising: receiving, from the LBA of the terminal, a request for a push based event notification; determining whether to accept the request based on the request for a push based event notification; transmitting, to the LBA of the terminal, an indication whether the SSPDS accepts the request; and transmitting, to the LBA of the terminal, a notification of an SSPDS event registration, in case that the SSPDS accepts the request and an SSPDS event associated with the push based event notification is registered. 10. The method of claim 6 , wherein a reception of the first message and a transmission of the second message are performed by the LBA without mutual authentication between the terminal and the SSPDS. 11. A terminal in a wireless communication system, the terminal comprising: a transceiver configured to transmit and receive a signal; and a controller coupled with the transceiver and configured to: transmit, to a smart secure platform service discovery service (SSPDS), by a local bundle assistant (LBA), a first message for checking an SSPDS event associated with a smart secure platform (SSP) of the terminal, receive, from the SSPDS, a second message including information on whether the SSPDS event is registered for the SSP, wherein the SSPDS event is registered in the SSPDS by a secondary platform bundle manager (SPBM), and receive, from the SSPDS, the SSPDS event after the SSP associated with the SSPDS event is authenticated by the SSPDS. 12. The terminal of claim 11 , wherein the LBA is configured with a SSPDS address, wherein the SSPDS address is configured per a family identifier or a custodian identifier, and wherein a primary platform identifier (PPID) is displayed with the SSPDS address configured in the LBA. 13. The terminal of claim 11 , wherein the first message includes an identifier associated with the SSP, wherein the identifier is generated based on a primary platform identifier (PPID) of the terminal and a server address, and wherein the identifier is used for discovering the SSPDS event registered in the SSPDS. 14. The terminal of claim 11 , wherein the controller is further configured to: transmit, to the SSPDS, by the LBA, a request for a push based event notification, receive, from the SSPDS, an indication whether the SSPDS accepts the request, and receive, from the SSPDS, a notification of an SSPDS event registration, in case that the indication indicates that the SSPDS accepts the request and an SSPDS event associated with the push based event notification is registered. 15. The terminal of claim 11 , wherein a transmission of the first message and a reception of the second message are performed by the LBA without mutual authentication between the terminal and the SSPDS. 16. A smart secure platform service discovery service (SSPDS) in a wireless communication system, the SSPDS comprising: a transceiver configured to transmit and receive a signal; and a controller coupled with the transceiver and configured to: register at least one SSPDS event based on a request from a secondary platform bundle manager (SPBM), receive, from a local bundle assistant (LBA) of a terminal including a smart secure platform (SSP), a first message for checking an SSPDS event associated with the SSP of the terminal, transmit, to the LBA of the terminal, a second message including information on whether the SSPDS event is registered for the SSP, and transmit, to the LBA of the terminal, the SSPDS event after the SSP associated with the SSPDS is authenticated by the SSPDS. 17. The SSPDS of claim 16 , wherein a local bundle assistant (LBA) of the terminal associated with the SSP is configured with a SSPDS address, wherein the SSPDS address is configured per a family identifier or a custodian identifier, and wherein a primary platform identifier (PPID) is displayed with the SSPDS address configured in the LBA. 18.
