What is claimed: 1. A multi-function cooler comprising: a cooler bottom unit coupled to a cooler top unit, wherein the cooler bottom unit and the cooler top unit enclose an interior cooler volume, wherein the cooler top unit has an exterior surface opposite an interior surface; a passageway formed through the cooler top unit from the exterior surface to the interior surface and in communication with the interior cooler volume; a snorkel having a first end opposite a second end and extending through the passageway, the snorkel configured to move between an inserted position and a retracted position, wherein the first end of the snorkel is a first distance from the exterior surface of the cooler top unit when in the inserted position and the first end of the snorkel is a second distance from the exterior surface of the cooler top unit when in the retracted position, the second distance being greater than the first distance. 2. The multi-function cooler of claim 1 , wherein the snorkel comprises a tube having a flange extending radially out from the tube at the second end. 3. The multi-function cooler of claim 2 , wherein the diameter of the flange is greater than the diameter of the passageway. 4. The multi-function cooler of claim 2 , wherein the snorkel further comprises a knob coupled proximate the first end of the snorkel. 5. The multi-function cooler of claim 4 , wherein the diameter of the knob is greater than the diameter of the passageway. 6. The multi-function cooler of claim 2 , wherein the snorkel further comprises a sealing member coupled to the external side of the tube and proximate the flange. 7. The multi-function cooler of claim 2 , wherein the diameter of the sealing member is greater than the diameter of the passageway. 8. The multi-function cooler of claim 2 further comprising tube threading extending radially out from the tube and being threadably engaged with passageway threading extending radially in from a passageway wall. 9. The multi-function cooler of claim 2 further comprising a recess formed in the interior surface of the cooler top unit proximate the passageway, wherein the flange is received in the recess when the snorkel is in the retracted position. 10. The multi-function cooler of claim 1 , wherein the snorkel permits fluid communication through the passageway when in the inserted position. 11. The multi-function cooler of claim 1 , wherein the snorkel inhibits fluid communication through the passageway when in the retracted position. 12. The multi-function cooler of claim 1 further comprising a liquid dispensing container positioned within the interior cooler volume, the liquid dispensing container including a lid having a vent opening and a stem valve coupled to the lid at the vent opening. 13. The multi-function cooler of claim 12 , wherein the stem valve is configured to move between an unsealed position where fluid communication into the liquid dispensing container through the vent opening is permitted and a sealing position where fluid communication into the liquid dispensing container through the vent opening is inhibited. 14. The multi-function cooler of claim 13 , wherein the stem valve includes a head positioned on the interior of the liquid dispensing container, a stem extending from the head and through the vent opening into the interior cooler volume, and a foot coupled to the stem on the interior cooler volume side of the lid. 15. The multi-function cooler of claim 14 , wherein the stem valve further includes a biasing member coupled to the stem proximate the foot and configured to bias the stem valve into the sealing position. 16. The multi-function cooler of claim 14 , wherein the stem valve includes a sealing member coupled to the stem proximate the head on the interior side of the lid of the liquid dispensing container. 17. The multi-function cooler of claim 14 , wherein a diameter of the head is greater than the diameter of the vent opening. 18. The multi-function cooler of claim 14 further comprising a recess formed in the external surface of the lid proximate the vent opening, wherein the foot is received in the recess when the stem valve is in the unsealed position. 19. A liquid dispensing container vent system comprising: a liquid dispensing container having a lid with a vent opening; a stem valve coupled to the lid at the vent opening and configured to move between a sealing position where fluid communication through the vent opening is inhibited and an unsealed position where fluid communication through the vent opening is permitted; and a snorkel vertically aligned above the stem valve and configured to move between an inserted position and a retracted position, wherein the snorkel engages the stem valve when in the inserted position and moves the stem valve to the unsealed position. 20. The liquid dispensing container vent system of claim 19 , wherein the stem valve is biased towards the sealing position.
