A liquid ejecting head includes an ejection surface including head chips, and a first-positioning-portion and a second-positioning-portion disposed in a second-direction orthogonal to a first-direction with respect to the ejection surface and positioning a holding member, the liquid ejecting head has a first-edge and a second-edge separated from each other in the first-direction and extending along a third-direction parallel to the ejection surface and inclined with respect to the first-direction and the second-direction, and one end portion and the other end portion forming both end portions in the second-direction, and the first-positioning-portion does not overlap a virtual parallelogram having a first-virtual side contacting the first-edge and extending along the third-direction, a second-virtual side contacting the second-edge and extending along the third-direction, a third-virtual side contacting the one end portion and extending along the first-direction, and a fourth-virtual side contacting the other end portion and extending along the first-direction.

What is claimed is: 1. A liquid ejecting head that is arranged in a first direction and held by a holding member to form a line head, the liquid ejecting head comprising: an ejection surface including head chips configured to eject a liquid; and a first positioning portion and a second positioning portion that are respectively disposed toward a second direction with respect to the ejection surface and are positioned with respect to the holding member, the second direction being orthogonal to the first direction when the ejection surface is viewed in a normal direction of the ejection surface, wherein when the ejection surface is viewed in the normal direction of the ejection surface, an outer shape of the liquid ejecting head has: a first edge and a second edge separated from each other in the first direction and extending along a third direction parallel to the ejection surface and inclined with respect to the first direction and the second direction; and one end portion and the other end portion that form both end portions in the second direction, when the ejection surface is viewed in the normal direction of the ejection surface, the first positioning portion is not overlapped with a virtual parallelogram having a first virtual side contacting the first edge and extending along the third direction, a second virtual side contacting the second edge and extending along the third direction, a third virtual side contacting the one end portion and extending along the first direction, and a fourth virtual side contacting the other end portion and extending along the first direction, the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are arranged in the first direction and are separated from each other in the first direction, and each of the first and second positioning portions is either an opening, a recess, or a ridge. 2. The liquid ejecting head according to claim 1 , wherein each of the head chips elongates in the third direction. 3. The liquid ejecting head according to claim 1 , wherein the second positioning portion is overlapped with the virtual parallelogram when the ejection surface is viewed in the normal direction of the ejection surface. 4. The liquid ejecting head according to claim 3 , wherein the second positioning portion is not overlapped with an acute-angled portion of the virtual parallelogram when the ejection surface is viewed in the normal direction of the ejection surface. 5. The liquid ejecting head according to claim 1 , further comprising a flange portion that projects beyond the ejection surface in the second direction and forms a rectangular shape elongating in the first direction when the ejection surface is viewed in the normal direction of the ejection surface, wherein the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are openings provided in the flange portion. 6. The liquid ejecting head according to claim 1 , further comprising fixing portions to be fixed to the holding member, wherein at least one of the fixing portions is not overlapped with the virtual parallelogram. 7. The liquid ejecting head according to claim 1 , further comprising fixing portions to be fixed to the holding member, wherein the ejection surface has a plurality of nozzles for ejecting a liquid, and in the first direction, at least a portion of each of the fixing portions is disposed within a range in which the plurality of nozzles are provided in the first direction. 8. A liquid ejecting apparatus comprising: a plurality of the liquid ejecting heads according to claim 1 ; and the holding member that holds the plurality of the liquid ejecting heads. 9. The liquid ejecting apparatus according to claim 8 , further comprising: a first line head formed by arranging a first group of the plurality of the liquid ejecting heads in the first direction; and a second line head separated from the first line head in a direction intersecting the first direction and formed by arranging a second group of the plurality of the liquid ejecting heads in the first direction, wherein the holding member holds the first line head and the second line head, the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion provided at the first line head are disposed on a flange portion located closer to the second line head with respect to a center of the ejection surface in the second direction, and the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion provided at the second line head are disposed on a flange portion located closer to the first line head with respect to the center of the ejection surface in the second direction. 10. The liquid ejecting apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein each of the plurality of the liquid ejecting heads has an electrical coupling portion for being electrically coupled to an outside, the electrical coupling portion provided at the first line head is disposed farther from the second line head with respect to the center of the ejection surface in the second direction, and the electrical coupling portion provided at the second line head is disposed farther from the first line head with respect to the center of the ejection surface in the second direction. 11. A liquid ejecting head that is arranged in a first direction and held by a holding member to form a line head, the liquid ejecting head comprising: an ejection surface including head chips configured to eject a liquid; a first positioning portion and a second positioning portion that are respectively disposed toward a second direction with respect to the ejection surface and are positioned with respect to the holding member, the second direction being orthogonal to the first direction when the ejection surface is viewed in a normal direction of the ejection surface; and a flange portion that projects beyond the ejection surface in the second direction and forms a rectangular shape elongating in the first direction when the ejection surface is viewed in the normal direction of the ejection surface, wherein when the ejection surface is viewed in the normal direction of the ejection surface, an outer shape of the liquid ejecting head has: a first edge and a second edge separated from each other in the first direction and extending along a third direction parallel to the ejection surface and inclined with respect to the first direction and the second direction; and one end portion and the other end portion that form both end portions in the second direction, when the ejection surface is viewed in the normal direction of the ejection surface, the first positioning portion is not overlapped with a virtual parallelogram having a first virtual side contacting the first edge and extending along the third direction, a second virtual side contacting the second edge and extending along the third direction, a third virtual side contacting the one end portion and extending along the first direction, and a fourth virtual side contacting the other end portion and extending along the first direction, and the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are openings provided in the flange portion. 12. A liquid ejecting apparatus comprising: a plurality of liquid ejecting heads arranged in a first direction, the plurality of liquid ejecting heads being held by a holding member, each of the plurality of liquid ejecting heads including: an ejection surface including head chips configured to eject a liquid; and a first positioning portion and a second positioning portion that are respectively disposed toward a second direction with respect to the ejection surface and are positioned with respect to the holding member, the second d
