The invention claimed is: 1. A method, comprising: making a blank from a single web of material, the making including first configuring a first side panel and a second side panel to extend from first opposing ends of a bottom panel; second configuring a ramp panel to extend from a first edge of the first side panel; and third configuring a top panel and a lid panel to extend from second opposing ends of the bottom panel, the lid panel including a lid top panel and a lid side panel. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second configuring configures the ramp panel to include a first ramp panel and a second ramp panel, the first ramp panel being directly connected to the first side panel along the first edge. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second configuring configures the ramp panel to support at least one consumer product when the blank is formed into an assembled package. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the making of the blank further includes defining an opening in the top panel, the opening being configured to allow at least part of the ramp panel and the at least one consumer product to be viewable when the blank is formed into an assembled package and the at least one consumer product is held within the assembled package. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the making of the blank further includes defining an opening along at least a portion of a first end of the top panel. 6. The method of claim 5 , wherein the third configuring configures the lid panel such that the lid side panel is directly connected to the bottom panel by a hinge line. 7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the third configuring configures the lid top panel to lie on top of the top panel when the blank is formed into an assembled package and the lid top panel is in a closed position. 8. The method of claim 6 , wherein the third configuring configures the lid top panel to lie flat across a top of the top panel and cover the opening when the blank is formed into an assembled package and the lid top panel is in a closed position. 9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the third configuring configures the top panel to include a third side panel and a fourth side panel extending from opposing sides of the top panel, the third side panel being directly connected to the bottom panel. 10. The method of claim 9 , wherein the third configuring configures the lid panel to include a lid top panel and a lid side panel. 11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the third configuring configures the lid panel so that the lid side panel and the lid top panel contact and respectively cover the fourth side panel and the top panel when the blank is formed into an assembled package and the lid panel is in a closed position, the lid top panel covering an opening defined by the top panel when the lid panel is in the closed position. 12. The method of claim 10 , wherein the third configuring configures the lid panel so that the lid side panel and the lid top panel are respectively separated from the fourth side panel and the top panel when the blank is formed into an assembled package and the lid panel is in an opened position. 13. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: forming the blank into an assembled package, the forming including first folding the ramp panel so that a first end of the ramp panel contacts the bottom panel, a second end of the ramp panel being directly connected to the first edge, the first end and the second end opposing each other on the ramp panel. 14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the making of the blank further includes defining an opening in the top panel, and the forming of the assembled package further includes second folding a first major surface of the top panel to be parallel to a second major surface of the bottom panel. 15. The method of claim 14 , further comprising: inserting at least one consumer product through the opening, the opening being configured to allow at least an end of the at least one consumer product to be viewable within the assembled package when the lid panel is in an opened position. 16. A method, comprising: making a blank from a single web of material, the making including first configuring a first side panel and a second side panel to extend from first opposing ends of a bottom panel; second configuring a ramp panel to extend from a first edge of the first side panel, the ramp panel including a first ramp panel and a second ramp panel, the first ramp panel being directly connected to the first side panel along the first edge; and third configuring a top panel and a lid panel to extend from second opposing ends of the bottom panel, wherein the first configuring configures the first side panel so that a first end of the top panel is at least partially supported by the first edge when the blank is formed into an assembled package. 17. A method, comprising: making a blank from a single web of material, the making including first configuring a first side panel and a second side panel to extend from first opposing ends of a bottom panel; second configuring a ramp panel to extend from a first edge of the first side panel, the ramp panel including first ramp panel and a second panel, the first ramp panel being directly connected to the first side panel along the first edge; third configuring a top panel and a lid panel to extend from second opposing ends of the bottom panel; and defining an opening in the top panel, the opening being configured to allow at least part of the ramp panel and the first edge to be viewable when the blank is formed into an assembled package and the lid panel is in an opened configuration. 18. A method, comprising: making a blank from a single web of material, the making including first configuring a first side panel and a second side panel to extend from first opposing ends of a bottom panel; second configuring a ramp panel to extend from a first edge of the first side panel, the ramp panel includes a first ramp panel and a second ramp panel, the first ramp panel being directly connected to the first side panel along the first edge; and third configuring a top panel and a lid panel to extend from second opposing ends of the bottom panel; and forming the blank into an assembled package, the forming including first folding the ramp panel so that the first ramp panel extends diagonally from the first edge to the bottom panel and the second ramp panel lies flat against the bottom panel. 19. A method comprising: making a blank from a single web of material, the making including first configuring a first side panel and a second side panel to extend from first opposing ends of a bottom panel, second configuring a ramp panel to extend from a first edge of the first side panel, third configuring a top panel a lid panel to extend from second opposing ends of the bottom panel and defining an opening in the top panel; and forming, the blank into an assembled package, the forming including first folding the ramp panel so that a first end of the panel contacts the bottom panel, a second end of the ramp panel being directly connected to the first edge, the first end and the second end opposing each other on the ramp panel, and second folding a first major surface of the top panel to be parallel to a second major surface of the bottom panel, wherein the defining defines the opening such that at least part of the ramp panel and the first edge are viewable within the assembled package when the lid panel is in an opened position.
