What is claimed is: 1. A railcar removable roof positionable on first and second side walls of a railcar, the railcar removable roof comprising: a first section having a first height; a second section having a second height; a third section having a third height; and a lifting member attached to and extending upwardly from the second section, wherein: (a) the second section is between the first section and the third section, (b) the second height is less than the first height, (c) the second height is less than the third height, (d) the first section is positionable over a front outer-coil holding assembly of the railcar, (e) the third section is positionable over a rear outer-coil holding assembly of the railcar, (d) the second section is positionable over a plurality of inner-coil holding assemblies of the railcar, wherein the front outer-coil holding assembly of the railcar and the rear outer-coil holding assembly of the railcar, are configured to hold larger diameter coils than the plurality of inner-coil holding assemblies of the railcar, and (e) the first section, the second section, and the third section are integrally formed. 2. The railcar removable roof of claim 1 , wherein the first height is equal to the third height. 3. The railcar removable roof of claim 1 , wherein the first section includes: (a) a first section top wall, (b) a first section outer end wall extending downwardly from the first section top wall, (c) a first section inner wall extending downwardly from the first section top wall, the first section inner wall spaced-apart from the first section outer end wall, the first section inner wall being shorter in height than the first section outer end wall, (d) a first section first side wall, and (e) a first section second side wall spaced-apart from the first section first side wall. 4. The railcar removable roof of claim 3 , wherein the third section includes: (a) a third section top wall, (b) a third section outer end wall extending downwardly from the third section top wall, (c) a third section inner wall extending downwardly from the third section top wall, the third section inner wall spaced-apart from the third section outer end wall, the third section inner wall being shorter in height than the third section outer end wall, (d) a third section first side wall, and (e) a third section second side wall spaced-apart from the third section first side wall. 5. The railcar removable roof of claim 4 , wherein the second section includes: (a) a second section top wall, (b) a second section first side wall, and (c) a second section second side wall spaced-apart from the second section first side wall. 6. The railcar removable roof of claim 5 , wherein the lifting member is attached to and extends upwardly from the second section top wall. 7. The railcar removable roof of claim 6 , wherein the first section first side wall, the second section first side wall, and the third section first side wall are integrally formed and extend in a first plane. 8. The railcar removable roof of claim 7 , wherein the first section second side wall, the second section second side wall, and the third section second side wall are integrally formed and extend in a second plane. 9. A railcar removable roof positionable on a railcar, the railcar removable roof comprising: a first section having a first height, wherein the first section includes: (a) a first section top wall, (b) a first section outer end wall extending downwardly from the first section top wall, (c) a first section inner wall extending downwardly from the first section top wall, the first section inner wall spaced-apart from the first section outer end wall, the first section inner wall being shorter in height than the first section outer end wall, (d) a first section first side wall, and (e) a first section second side wall spaced apart from the first section first side wall; a second section having a second height, wherein the second section includes: (a) a second section top wall, (b) a second section first side wall, and (c) a second section second side wall spaced-apart from the second section first side wall; a lifting member attached to and extending upwardly from the second section top wall; and a third section having a third height, wherein the third section includes: (a) a third section top wall, (b) a third section outer end wall extending downwardly from the third section top wall, (c) a third section inner wall extending downwardly from the third section top wall, the third section inner wall spaced-apart from the third section outer end wall, the third section inner wall being shorter in height than the third section outer end wall, (d) a third section first side wall, and (e) a third section second side wall spaced-apart from the third section first side wall; wherein: (a) the second section is between the first section and the third section, (b) the second height is less than the first height, (c) the second height is less than the third height, (b) the first height is equal to the third height, (d) the first section is positionable over a front outer-coil holding assembly of the railcar, (e) the third section is positionable over a rear outer-coil holding assembly of the railcar, (d) the second section is positionable over a plurality of inner-coil holding assemblies of the railcar, wherein the front coil holding assembly of the railcar and the rear coil holding assembly of the railcar are configured to hold larger diameter coils than the plurality of inner-coil holding assemblies of the railcar, and (e) the first section, the second section, and the third section are integrally formed. 10.
