What is claimed is: 1. A liquid dispenser, comprising: an outer wall inclined inward from a bottom end toward an upper end; an inner wall including: a vertical section having a cylindrical shell shape defining a storage space and an upper end joined to an upper end of the outer wall; and a bottom coupled to a lower end of the vertical section; a pump having an inlet to suction liquid stored in the storage space and an outlet to discharge the liquid; and a base provided below the bottom and including an opening, wherein: the bottom end of the outer wall extends below the bottom to be coupled to the base, the bottom includes: an outer bottom surface that extends radially inward from the vertical section of the inner wall; an extension that extends vertically downward from the outer bottom surface; and an inner bottom surface that extends radially inward from a lower edge of the extension and supports the pump, and the extension abuts an inner surface of the opening of the base. 2. The liquid dispenser of claim 1 , wherein the outer wall and the inner wall are included in a container having an upper end, the vertical section extends upward from the base at a first angle, the outer wall extends upward at a second angle different from the first angle such that the outer and inner walls intersect at the upper end of the container and a space is formed between the inner and outer walls. 3. The liquid dispenser of claim 2 , wherein the outer bottom surface, the inner bottom surface, and the extension of the inner wall are included in a bottom of the container, the bottom of the container is seated on the base, and a lower end of the outer wall is coupled to an edge of the base. 4. The liquid dispenser of claim 2 , wherein an upper surface of the base has an outer surface surrounding the opening of the base, and a bottom of the container has a circular recess that includes the inner bottom surface and the extension of the inner wall and that fits inside the opening of the base. 5. The liquid dispenser of claim 4 , further comprising: a first plate exposed through the opening of the base and provided below the circular recess included in the bottom of the container, and at least one second plate provided below the outer surface of the base, wherein the at least one second plate is positioned to be higher than the first plate. 6. The liquid dispenser of claim 2 , wherein a Peltier device is installed in the base, a heat sink is provided below the Peltier device in the base, and a metal is provided on top of the Peltier device and exposed through an opening provided in a portion of the inner bottom surface of the inner wall at a bottom of the container. 7. The liquid dispenser of claim 6 , wherein a gasket is provided around the opening of the bottom of the container to seal the metal inside of the container. 8. The liquid dispenser of claim 2 , wherein the outer wall is inclined inward from the base to the upper end of the container. 9. The liquid dispenser of claim 2 , wherein the container is made of plastic. 10. The liquid dispenser of claim 2 , wherein an outer surface of the outer wall has a recess in an upper portion of the container, an upper rim is provided in the recess, and the upper end of the upper rim is bent so as to hook onto the upper end of the container. 11. The liquid dispenser of claim 10 , wherein an inner surface of the vertical section of the inner wall has a recess, and a bent portion of the upper rim is provided in the recess of the inner surface of the vertical section of the inner wall. 12. The liquid dispenser of claim 1 , wherein an upper surface of the base includes a guide rib and a guide groove, and the outer wall includes a protrusion formed at a bottom end, the guide rib maintaining a position of the vertical section of the inner wall on the base, and the protrusion being inserted into the guide groove. 13. The liquid dispenser of claim 1 , wherein the base is configured to support the outer and inner walls, and wherein the extension and the inner bottom surface are included in a circular recess that is provided in the bottom and is inserted into the opening such that a bottom surface of the circular recess is provided lower than bottom ends of the outer wall and the vertical section of the inner wall. 14. The liquid dispenser of claim 1 , wherein the base is configured to support the outer and inner walls, the base has a groove and a guide rib, and the bottom end of the outer wall includes a protrusion configured to be inserted into the groove, and the guide rib surrounds a bottom end of the vertical section of the inner wall. 15. The liquid dispenser of claim 1 , wherein at least one of a metal plate or a temperature device is exposed through the opening of the base. 16. The liquid dispenser of claim 1 , further including a housing comprised of vertical walls extending from the bottom, wherein the pump is provided in the housing. 17. The liquid dispenser of claim 16 , wherein a lid is provided to close an upper opening defined by the upper ends of the inner and outer walls, the lid including a filter and a plate above the filter, and wherein the pump pumps liquid to a hole in the plate. 18. A liquid dispenser, including: a container having an inner wall and an outer wall, the inner wall including a vertical section and a bottom extending from the vertical section of the inner wall, the vertical section of the inner wall and the outer wall creating a space therebetween, and the inner wall being configured to store liquid; a base to support the container and including at least one thermoelectric device to change a temperature of liquid in the container, the thermoelectric device having a heat transfer plate provided in a recess formed in an upper surface of the base and exposed through an opening of the bottom of the container; and a lid to close an upper opening of the container, the lid having a filter and an upper plate provided over the filter, wherein a pump provided in the container pumps liquid to the upper plate, wherein a bottom end of the outer wall extends below the bottom to be coupled to the base, wherein the bottom includes: an outer bottom surface that extends radially inward from the vertical section of the inner wall; an extension that extends vertically downward from the outer bottom surface; and an inner bottom surface that extends radially inward from a lower edge of the extension, and wherein the inner bottom surface is received in the recess of the base and includes the opening to provide access to the heat transfer plate. 19.
