The disclosed embodiments relate generally to complex data stream control and entitlement. Specifically, the disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for ensuring that only authenticated/verified participants receive data streams. A third party, e.g., a party other than the data provider or the data recipient, who is nevertheless associated with both the data provider and the data recipient, may be involved in controlling whether data streams from the data provider can reach the data recipient. Thus, a third party may logically sit between the data provider and the data recipient, and may decide whether the data recipient should receive data streams. The disclosed embodiments implement data generation, flow, control and permissioning between multiple entities via digital assets accessed and manipulated on a shared data structure.

What is claimed is: 1. A computer implemented method comprising: generating, by a processor based on a validated request to receive at least a portion of market data received from a trading device and stored within a distributed data structure shared among a plurality of participant computing systems including an exchange computing system, a market data distributor, and one or more trading devices, a data record which specifies an entitlement of the trading device to receive the requested portion of market data from the exchange computing system, the data record being stored within the distributed data structure, wherein the exchange computing system generates market data indicative of modifications to at least one data object maintained thereby based on at least one of a plurality of electronic data transaction request messages received by the exchange computing system, and transmits the market data to the market data distributor for redistribution to at least a subset of the one or more trading devices upon validation of entitlement thereto as indicated in the stored data record for a respective trading device by the market data distributor. 2. The computer implemented method of claim 1 wherein the request for access to the market data comprises a request for access through software operated by a software vendor system for the trading device, the software vendor system comprising the market data distributor. 3. The computer implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the request comprises: (i) an identification of the trading device which stored the request in the distributed electronic ledger, (ii) the requested access, and (iii) data indicative of a transfer of payment. 4. The computer implemented method of claim 3 , wherein the request is validated when a required payment has been determined based on the identification of the trading device which stored the request in the distributed data structure and the portion of the market data requested in the request, and a payment is determined to have satisfied the required payment. 5. The computer implemented method of claim 3 , wherein the exchange computing system is further operative to encrypt the portion of the market data with a public key corresponding to a private key owned by the trading device which stored the request in the distributed data structure, the private key useable for decrypting the portion of the market data upon receipt. 6. The computer implemented method of claim 3 , wherein the exchange computing system is further operative to encrypt the portion of the market data with a symmetric shared key and encrypt the symmetric shared key with a public key corresponding to a private key owned by the trading device which stored the request in the distributed data structure, the private key useable for decrypting the symmetric shared key and the symmetric shared key useable for decrypting the encrypted portion of the market data. 7. The computer implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the market data distributor is configured to, upon detecting an attempt by the trading device to access market data redistributed thereby, query the distributed data structure to identify a data record associated with (i) the trading device which attempted access and (ii) the requested market data before providing the trading device which attempted access with access to the requested market data. 8. The computer implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the data record, upon being stored in the distributed data structure, is replicated in each of the plurality of participant computing systems. 9. The computer implemented method of claim 1 , wherein market data distributor is configured to provide one or more of the one or more trading devices with a user interface to access the market data. 10. The computer implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of electronic data transaction request messages includes requests to perform transactions related to a financial instrument represented by the at least one data object. 11. The computer implemented method of claim 10 , wherein the transactions include purchasing or relinquishing the financial instrument. 12. The computer implemented method of claim 1 , wherein each of the at least one data object represents an order book for one or more financial instruments transacted by the exchange computing system. 13. A system comprising: a data record generator operative to generate based on a validated request to receive at least a portion of market data received from a trading device and stored within a distributed data structure shared among a plurality of participant computing systems including an exchange computing system, a market data distributor, and one or more trading devices, a data record which specifies an entitlement of the trading device to receive the requested portion of market data from the exchange computing system, the data record being stored within the distributed data structure, wherein the exchange computing system generates market data indicative of modifications to at least one data object maintained thereby based on at least one of a plurality of electronic data transaction request messages received by the exchange computing system, and transmits the market data to the market data distributor for redistribution to at least a subset of the one or more trading devices upon validation of entitlement thereto as indicated in the stored data record for a respective trading device by the market data distributor. 14. The system of claim 13 , wherein the request for access to the market data comprises a request for access through software operated by a software vendor system for the trading device, the software vendor system comprising the market data distributor. 15. The system of claim 13 , wherein the request comprises: (i) an identification of the trading device which stored the request in the distributed data structure, (ii) the requested access, and (iii) data indicative of a transfer of payment. 16. The system of claim 15 , wherein the request is validated when a required payment has been determined based on the identification of the trading device which stored the request in the distributed data structure and the portion of the market data requested in the request, and a payment is determined to have satisfied the required payment. 17. The system of claim 15 , wherein the exchange computing system is further operative to encrypt the portion of the market data with a symmetric shared key and encrypt the symmetric shared key with a public key corresponding to a private key owned by the trading device which stored the request in the distributed data structure, the private key useable for decrypting the symmetric shared key and the symmetric shared key useable for decrypting the encrypted portion of the market data. 18. The system of claim 13 , wherein the market data distributor is configured to, upon detecting an attempt by the trading device to access market data redistributed thereby, query the distributed data structure to identify a data record associated with (i) the trading device which attempted access and (ii) the requested market data before providing the trading device which attempted access with access to the requested market data. 19. The system of claim 13 , wherein the data record is replicated, upon being stored in the distributed data structure by the exchange computing system, in each of the other plurality of participant computing systems. 20. A computer system comprising a module which generates, based on a validat
