The present disclosure provides a nitrogen-containing compound, an electronic element and an electronic device, which belongs to the technical field of organic materials. The nitrogen-containing compound has a structure of Chemical Formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are each independently selected from hydrogen or a group represented by Chemical Formula 1-1, and one and only one of R1 and R2 has the group of Chemical Formula 1-1; when R1 or R2 is selected from hydrogen, said R1 and R2 may be replaced by R4. The nitrogen-containing compound can improve the performance of electronic elements.

What is claimed is: 1. A nitrogen-containing compound having a structure shown in Chemical Formula 1: wherein represents a chemical bond; R 1 and R 2 are each independently selected from hydrogen or a group represented by Chemical Formula 1-1, and one and only one of R 1 and R 2 has the group represented by Chemical Formula 1-1; when R 1 or R 2 is selected from hydrogen, said R 1 and R 2 may be replaced by R 4 ; R 3 , R 4 are each independently selected from an aryl having 6 to 20 carbon atoms; a is 1, b is 0, or a is 0, b is 1; L is selected from single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted arylene having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroarylene having 3 to 30 carbon atoms; and Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently selected from the following substituted or unsubstituted groups: an aryl having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, or a heteroaryl having 3 to 30 carbon atoms. 2. The nitrogen-containing compound of claim 1 , wherein L is single bond or selected from the group consisting of the following groups: 3. The nitrogen-containing compound of claim 1 , wherein R 3 and R 4 are each independently selected from an aryl having 6 to 18 carbon atoms. 5. The nitrogen-containing compound of claim 1 , wherein R 3 and/or R 4 are an aryl having 6 carbon atoms. 6. The nitrogen-containing compound of claim 1 , wherein R 3 is an aryl having 6 carbon atoms, and a is 1, b is 0. 7. The nitrogen-containing compound of claim 1 , wherein R 4 is an aryl having 6 carbon atoms, and a is 0, b is 1. 8. The nitrogen-containing compound of claim 1 , wherein the nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group consisting of the following compounds: 9. An electronic element, comprising: an anode; a cathode, wherein the anode and the cathode are disposed opposite to each other; and a functional layer disposed between the anode and the cathode, wherein the functional layer contains the nitrogen-containing compound of claim 1 . 10. The electronic element of claim 9 , wherein the functional layer includes an electron blocking layer, and the electron blocking layer contains the nitrogen-containing compound. 11. The electronic element of claim 9 , wherein the electronic element is an organic electroluminescence device. 12. An electronic device including the electronic element of claim 9 .
