A box blank useful for forming a container includes a first layer including paperboard, a second layer including a paper layer and a foil layer, and an adhesive layer adhering the first layer to the second layer. The foil layer is between the paperboard and the paper layer.

What is claimed is: 1. A container for consumer goods comprising: an outer box defining an inner volume, the outer box including, a hinged lid; an inner box defining an opening and including, a first inner layer including a rigid material, a second inner layer including a paper, a third inner layer including a foil between the first inner layer and the second inner layer, and a fourth layer including a polypropylene film or a metallized polyester on a surface of the first inner layer facing away from the second inner layer; and a pull tab covering the opening, the pull tab including a first tab layer including paper, the first tab layer fully covering and extending past edges of the opening in the inner box, a second tab layer including a first adhesive releasably adhering an edge portion of the pull tab to the inner box, and a third tab layer including a second adhesive permanently adhering the pull tab to the inner box and the outer box. 2. The container of claim 1 , wherein the inner box includes panels separated by fold lines, the inner box defining an inner volume. 3. The container of claim 1 , wherein the rigid material includes paperboard. 4. The container of claim 1 , wherein the first inner layer and the third inner layer are attached by a third adhesive. 5. The container of claim 4 , wherein the third adhesive is a polyvinyl alcohol-based adhesive. 6. The container of claim 1 , wherein the fourth inner layer and the first inner layer are attached by a third adhesive. 7. The container of claim 1 , wherein the second inner layer is adjacent to the opening. 8. The container of claim 1 , wherein the second tab layer further includes a third adhesive permanently adhering the pull tab to the inner box. 9. The container of claim 1 , wherein the pull tab further includes a fourth tab layer including a polymer. 10. The container of claim 9 , wherein the first tab layer is closer to the opening than the fourth tab layer. 11. The container of claim 1 , wherein the outer box includes, a first outer layer, and a second outer layer. 12. The container of claim 11 , wherein the first outer layer includes a rigid material. 13. The container of claim 1 , wherein the outer box is a rigid outer box and the inner box is a rigid inner box.
