Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

The present invention discloses a baby stroller includes a stroller frame, a child carrier which is able to be positioned on the frame, and a locking component is able to lock the frame in an unfolding state. Said child carrier can be rotated relative to the stroller frame and allow a folding action of the frame during a pivotal movement of the child carrier relative to the stroller frame. Therefore, present invention allows a user to fold the child carrier and the stroller frame together, which brings convenience in use.

What is claimed is: 1. A baby stroller comprising: a stroller frame, the stroller frame comprising at least two supports, a first fixing component, a second fixing component, a locking component and a releasing portion, the first fixing component being fixed on one of the at least two supports, the second fixing component being fixed on another one of the at least two supports and pivoted to the first fixing component, a first end of the locking component being pivoted to the first fixing component, a second end of the locking component being configured to engage with the second fixing component for restraining a folding action of the stroller frame, the releasing portion comprising a driving component disposed on a surface of the stroller frame and corresponding to the locking component, the driving component being for receiving a releasing force and for transmitting the releasing force to the locking component to swing the locking component to disengage the second end of the locking component from the second fixing component in a swinging manner when the driving component receives the releasing force; and a child carrier disposed on the stroller frame, the entire child carrier being able to be positioned or pivot relative to the stroller frame, the child carrier contacting with the driving component for providing the releasing force to the driving component for transmitting the releasing force to the locking component by the driving component to swing the locking component to allow the folding action of the stroller frame during a pivotal movement of the entire child carrier relative to the stroller frame. 2. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the at least two supports comprises a front support and a handle support, the locking component is disposed between the front support and the handle support for restraining the folding action of the stroller frame. 3. The baby stroller of claim 2 , wherein the at least two supports further comprises a rear support, the locking component is disposed between two of the rear support, the front support and the handle support for restraining the folding action of the stroller frame. 4. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the locking component is a latch component, a hook component or a pin. 5. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the stroller frame further comprises a resilient component abutting against the locking component for biasing the locking component to be engaged at a locking position. 6. The baby stroller of claim 5 , wherein the stroller frame further comprises anchoring component, a slot or an accommodating space for engaging with the locking component at the locking position. 7. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the child carrier is a stroller seat, a bassinet, an infant car seat, or an adaptor frame for mounting one of the stroller seat, the bassinet and the infant car seat. 8. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the baby stroller further comprises a connecting component disposed between the child carrier and the locking component, the connecting component drives the locking component to swing for allowing the folding action of the stroller frame when the entire child carrier pivots relative to the stroller frame. 9. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the driving component is a pushing component or a pressing component. 10. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the child carrier provides the releasing force to the driving component by pushing, pulling or rotating. 11. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the driving component transmits the releasing force to the locking component by pushing. 12. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the stroller frame further comprises at least one linking element disposed between the locking component and the driving component for receiving the releasing force transmitting from the driving component and for transmitting the releasing force to the locking component to drive the locking component to swing. 13. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein at least one driven slanted surface is formed on the driving component, and the child carrier pushes the driving component by cooperation of the child carrier and the at least one driven slanted surface. 14. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the stroller frame further comprises a child carrier mount for allowing the child carrier to be mounted thereon, and the driving component is movably disposed on the child carrier mount and located beneath the child carrier. 15. The baby stroller of claim 14 , wherein the child carrier mount comprises a hollow guiding portion, the driving component is partially and slidably inserted into the hollow guiding portion, and an end of the driving component is exposed out of the hollow guiding portion. 16. The baby stroller of claim 14 , wherein the releasing portion further comprises a releasing component disposed on the child carrier mount and corresponding to the locking component for receiving the releasing force and for transmitting the releasing force to the locking component to drive the locking component to swing for allowing the folding action of the stroller frame when the releasing component receives the releasing force. 17. The baby stroller of claim 16 , wherein the baby stroller further comprises an operating component, the releasing component comprises a fixing end for allowing the operating component to be connected thereto, the operating component is for providing the releasing force to the locking component by the releasing component for allowing the folding action of the stroller frame when the entire child carrier does not pivot relative to the stroller frame. 18. The baby stroller of claim 16 , wherein the releasing component is disposed on the child carrier mount pivotally, slidably, or engageably. 19. The baby stroller of claim 16 , wherein a releasing slanted surface is formed on an end of the releasing component located inside the child carrier mount for pushing the locking component. 20. The baby stroller of claim 16 , wherein the releasing component is a pushing component, a rotating component, a lever switch, or a rocker type switch. 21. The baby stroller of claim 16 , wherein the releasing component transmits the releasing force to the locking component by pushing. 22. The baby stroller of claim 1 , wherein the child carrier comprises a base mounted on the stroller frame movably and detachably. 23. The baby stroller of claim 22 , wherein the child carrier further comprises a positioning mechanism for restraining or allowing the pivotal movement of the entire child carrier relative to the stroller frame. 24. The baby stroller of claim 23 , wherein the positioning mechanism comprises a pivoting mechanism disposed on a side of the base which is away from a mounted side, the stroller frame further comprises a locking portion, the locking component is located at the locking portion, a pivoting axis of the pivoting mechanism extends through the base and the locking portion, the child carrier provides the releasing force to the locking component for allowing the folding action of the stroller frame when the entire child carrier pivots relative to the stroller frame around the pivoting axis. 25. The baby stroller of claim 24 , wherein the stroller frame further comprises a releasing portion disposed on a surface of the stroller frame and corresponding to the pivoting axis, the releasing portion is for receiving the releasing fo
