A torque limiter device for limiting a torque transmitted between a power source-side member and an output-side member is disclosed. The torque limiter device includes a cover, a friction disc and an urging member. The cover includes a coupling portion, a tubular portion and a support portion. The coupling portion is coupled to the power source-side member. The tubular portion axially extends from the coupling portion. The support portion extends from the tubular portion to an inner peripheral side. The friction disc is accommodated in an inner peripheral space of the tubular portion of the cover, and is pressed toward the power source-side member. The urging member is supported by the support portion of the cover, and urges the friction disc toward the power source-side member.

What is claimed is: 1. A torque limiter device for limiting a torque transmitted between a power source-side member and an output-side member, the torque limiter device comprising: a cover including a coupling portion, a tubular portion and an annular support portion, the coupling portion coupled to the power source-side member, the tubular portion axially extending from the coupling portion, the support portion extending from the tubular portion to a radially innermost edge of the support portion; a friction disc accommodated in an inner peripheral space of the tubular portion of the cover, the friction disc configured to be pressed toward the power source-side member; an urging member supported by the support portion of the cover, the urging member configured to urge the friction disc toward the power source-side member; and a pressure plate having an annular shape, the pressure plate disposed axially between the friction disc and the urging member; wherein the support portion is elastically deformable and includes a protruding portion axially protruding from the support portion toward the power source-side member to contact the urging member, the urging member arranged relative to the support portion such that the radially innermost edge of the support portion is disposed radially outward of a radially inner edge of the urging member; and wherein the urging member is a cone spring, the cone spring disposed between the pressure plate and the support portion of the cover while compressed therebetween. 2. The torque limiter device according to claim 1 , wherein the coupling portion, the tubular portion and the support portion of the cover are integrally processed by stamping. 3. The torque limiter device according to claim 1 , wherein the protruding portion has an annular shape, and the cone spring is supported at an outer peripheral end thereof by the protruding portion. 4. The torque limiter device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a damper plate having an annular shape, the damper plate disposed between the friction disc and the power source-side member. 5. The torque limiter device according to claim 4 , wherein the damper plate contacts the power source-side member. 6. The torque limiter device according to claim 1 , wherein the support portion has a radially intermediate part located between a radially outer end and the radially innermost edge of the support portion, and the protruding portion axially protrudes from the radially intermediate portion of the support portion.
