Official abstract text for this publication.
The invention relates to a spunbonded fabric of endless filaments made of thermoplastic plastic, wherein the endless filaments are designed as multi-component filaments having a core/sheath configuration. The filaments contain at least one lubricant, the lubricant being present exclusively or at least to 90 wt. % in the core component. The mass ratio between the core component and the sheath component is 65:35 to 80:20. The proportion of the lubricant is 250 to 5500 ppm with respect to the total filament.

The invention claimed is: 1. A nonwoven spunbonded of filaments, wherein the filaments are of continuous, thermoplastic multicomponent and spunbond construction having a core/sheath configuration, the filaments contain at least one lubricant, the lubricant is present in the core exclusively or in a quantity of at least 98 wt % of lubricant in the filament, a mass ratio between the core and the sheath being is from 50:50 to 75:25, the core consists essentially of homopolypropylene, the sheath consists essentially of a polypropylene copolymer with a molar mass distribution of 3.5 to 5, or a mixture of homopolypropylene and a polypropylene copolymer with a molar mass distribution of 3.5 to 5, and the proportion of the lubricant with respect to the overall filament corresponds to 250 to 5500 ppm. 2. The spunbonded nonwoven defined in claim 1 , wherein the mass ratio between the core and sheath is 67:33 to 73:27. 3. The spunbonded nonwoven according to claim 1 , wherein the lubricant comprises fatty acid ester, fatty acid alcohol, or fatty acid amide. 4. The spunbonded nonwoven according to claim 1 , wherein the lubricant is at least one stearate or at least one erucic acid amide or at least one oleamide.
