What is claimed is: 1. A method, comprising: providing for a virtual conference between plural participants; providing, for each of the plural participants, display of a reaction button which is selectable by the participant to indicate a reaction to the virtual conference; receiving indication of selections of the reaction button by one or more of the plural participants; and in response to receiving the indication, providing, for each of the plural participants, display of reaction icons based on the selections, determining that a rate at which the selections were received meets a threshold rate, and providing, in response to the determining, for display of supplemental images which are separate from the reaction icons and which are associated with the selections. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the reaction icons comprise clapping hands. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the supplemental images comprise confetti displayed together with the clapping hands. 4. The method of claim 2 , wherein the supplemental images comprise fireworks displayed together with the clapping hands. 5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: determining that the rate at which the selections were received meets a second threshold rate, and providing, in response to determining that the rate meets the second threshold rate, for modified display of the supplemental images. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the reaction button corresponds to an applause button to indicate applause with respect to the virtual conference. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the virtual conference is provided within a room of plural rooms, the plural rooms being included within a virtual space for virtual conferencing. 8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: providing, for each of the plural participants, display of a participant video element which corresponds to the participant and which includes a video feed for the participant. 9. A system comprising: a processor; and a memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to perform operations comprising: providing for a virtual conference between plural participants; providing, for each of the plural participants, display of a reaction button which is selectable by the participant to indicate a reaction to the virtual conference; receiving indication of selections of the reaction button by one or more of the plural participants; and in response to receiving the indication, providing, for each of the plural participants, display of reaction icons based on the selections, determining that a rate at which the selections were received meets a threshold rate, and providing, in response to the determining, for display of supplemental images which are separate from the reaction icons and which are associated with the selections. 10. The system of claim 9 , wherein the reaction icons comprise clapping hands. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein the supplemental images comprise confetti displayed together with the clapping hands. 12. The system of claim 11 , wherein the supplemental images comprise fireworks displayed together with the clapping hands. 13. The system of claim 9 , the operations further comprising: determining that the rate at which the selections were received meets a second threshold rate, and providing, in response to determining that the rate meets the second threshold rate, for modified display of the supplemental images. 14. The system of claim 9 , wherein the reaction button corresponds to an applause button to indicate applause with respect to the virtual conference. 15. The system of claim 9 , wherein the virtual conference is provided within a room of plural rooms, the plural rooms being included within a virtual space for virtual conferencing. 16. The system of claim 9 , the operations further comprising: providing, for each of the plural participants, display of a participant video element which corresponds to the participant and which includes a video feed for the participant. 17. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, the computer-readable storage medium including instructions that when executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform operations comprising: providing for a virtual conference between plural participants; providing, for each of the plural participants, display of a reaction button which is selectable by the participant to indicate a reaction to the virtual conference; receiving indication of selections of the reaction button by one or more of the plural participants; and in response to receiving the indication, providing, for each of the plural participants, display of reaction icons based on the selections, determining that a rate at which the selections were received meets a threshold rate, and providing, in response to the determining, for display of supplemental images which are separate from the reaction icons and which are associated with the selections. 18. The computer-readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the reaction icons comprise clapping hands. 19. The computer-readable medium of claim 18 , wherein the supplemental images comprise confetti displayed together with the clapping hands. 20. The computer-readable medium of claim 19 , wherein the supplemental images comprise fireworks displayed together with the clapping hands.
