What is claimed is: 1. A soybean plant comprising event MON87751. 2. The soybean plant of claim 1 , wherein the soybean plant is homozygous for event MON87751. 3. The soybean plant of claim 1 , wherein the soybean plant is heterozygous for event MON87751. 4. A progeny of the soybean plant of claim 1 , wherein the progeny comprises event MON87751. 5. The soybean plant of claim 1 , wherein the soybean plant comprises an additional transgene encoding a protein or RNA molecule conferring a desirable trait selected from the group consisting of increased insect resistance, increased water use efficiency, increased yield performance, increased drought resistance, increased seed quality, improved nutritional quality, and increased herbicide tolerance relative to a soybean plant lacking the additional transgene. 6. A seed producing the soybean plant of claim 1 . 7. A seed produced by the soybean plant of claim 1 , wherein the seed comprises event MON87751. 8. The seed of claim 7 , wherein the seed is an inbred seed. 9. The seed of claim 7 , wherein the seed is a hybrid seed. 10. The seed of claim 7 , wherein the seed is heterozygous for event MON87751. 11. The seed of claim 7 , wherein the seed is homozygous for event MON87751. 12. Pollen of the soybean plant of claim 1 , wherein the pollen comprises event MON87751. 13. A flower of the soybean plant of claim 1 . 14. A ovule of the soybean plant of claim 1 . 15. A cell of the soybean plant of claim 1 . 16. Tissue of the soybean plant of claim 1 . 17. The tissue of claim 16 , wherein the issue is selected from the group consisting of root tissue, stem tissue, and leaf tissue. 18. A commodity product comprising the tissue of claim 16 . 19. The commodity product of claim 18 , wherein the commodity product comprises whole or processed soybean seed, soybean meal, soybean flour, soybean flakes, soybean bran, soybean milk, animal feed comprising soybean, and soybean biomass. 20. A method of breeding a soybean plant comprising event MON87751, the method comprising breeding a first soybean plant comprising event MON87751 with a second soybean plant to produce progeny soybean plants or seed. 21. The method of claim 20 , wherein the method further comprises identifying a progeny plant or seed comprising event MON87751. 22. The method of claim 20 , wherein the method further comprises identifying a progeny plant or seed that is heterozygous for event MON87751. 23. The method of claim 20 , wherein the second soybean plant comprises event MON87751 and the method further comprises identifying a progeny plant or seed that is homozygous for event MON87751. 24. The method of claim 20 , wherein the first soybean plant is homozygous for event MON87751. 25. A method for producing a soybean plant comprising an allele comprising MON87751 event DNA, the method comprising fertilizing a soybean flower with soybean pollen, wherein the soybean flower and/or the soybean pollen comprise MON87751 event DNA, and selecting a progeny seed comprising MON87751 event DNA. 26. The method of claim 25 , wherein the method further comprises planting the progeny seed, wherein the progeny seed grows into the soybean plant. 27. The method of claim 25 , wherein the soybean flower is homozygous for MON87751 event DNA. 28. The method of claim 25 , wherein the soybean pollen is homozygous for MON87751 event DNA. 29. The method of claim 25 , wherein the soybean plant is homozygous for MON87751 event DNA. 30. The method of claim 25 , wherein the soybean plant is heterozygous for MON87751 event DNA.
