What is claimed is: 1. A motor comprising: a rotating shaft; and an armature unit; and a frame housing the armature unit; and a plate; and a bracket attached to the plate; a first bearing unit located on one side with respect to the armature unit in an axial direction; and a second bearing unit located on another side with respect to the armature unit in the axial direction; and a commutator fixed at a part of the rotating shaft between the second bearing unit and the armature unit; a brush coupled to the bracket; a first sliding washer arranged between the second bearing unit and the commutator, and rotatable around the rotating shaft with respect to the second bearing unit; and a spring arranged between the commutator and the second bearing unit in an axis direction of the armature unit, wherein: the first bearing unit is held at the frame, the second bearing unit is held at the plate, and the commutator is pressed, with the spring, toward the first bearing unit in the axis direction of the armature unit. 2. The motor according to claim 1 , wherein the spring connects to the commutator, and the spring presses, against the second bearing unit or the commutator in the axis direction of the armature unit. 3. The motor according to claim 1 , wherein the spring rotates with the commutator. 4. The motor according to claim 1 , wherein a first washer is arranged between the spring and the first sliding washer in the axis direction of the armature unit, the first sliding washer is arranged between the first washer and the second bearing unit in the axis direction of the armature unit, and the spring is arranged between the first washer and the commutator in the axis direction of the armature unit.
