Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate, a light emitting diode, a first transistor controlling a driving current of the light emitting diode, a second transistor including a second drain electrode connected to a first source electrode of the first transistor, a second gate electrode, a second channel overlapped with the second gate electrode when viewed in a plan view, a second source electrode facing the second drain electrode with the second channel interposed therebetween, and a lower gate electrode, and a plurality of driving voltage lines transmitting a first driving voltage. The lower gate electrode of the second transistor is overlapped with the second channel when viewed in a plan view, and the lower gate electrode is electrically connected to a corresponding driving voltage line among the driving voltage lines.

What is claimed is: 1. An organic light emitting display device comprising: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; a light emitting diode disposed in the display area; a transistor comprising a channel, a first electrode disposed over the channel, and a second electrode disposed under the channel; a voltage line disposed in the non-display area; and a first driving voltage line disposed in the display area; wherein the second electrode of the transistor overlaps with the first electrode of the transistor when viewed in a plan view with the channel interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the second electrode is electrically connected to the voltage line through a contact hole disposed in the non-display area, and wherein the first driving voltage line overlaps with the second electrode in the display area. 2. The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , wherein the second electrode is disposed between the substrate and an active pattern comprising the channel of the transistor. 3. The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , further comprising a signal line extending in a first direction, wherein the first electrode of the transistor is electrically connected to the signal line. 4. The organic light emitting display device of claim 3 , further comprising a data line extending in a second direction different from the first direction. 5. The organic light emitting display device of claim 4 , wherein the voltage line extends in the non-display area. 6. The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , further comprising a driving voltage line electrically connected to the voltage line. 7. The organic light emitting display device of claim 6 , wherein the driving voltage line extends in the non-display area. 8. The organic light emitting display device of claim 6 , wherein the driving voltage line is electrically coupled to the second electrode of the transistor. 9. An organic light emitting display device comprising: a substrate; a pixel disposed on the substrate; a signal line extending in a first direction and connected to the pixel; and a data line extending in a second direction crossing the first direction and connected to the pixel, wherein the pixel comprising: a light emitting diode disposed on a pixel area of the substrate, and a transistor comprising a channel, a first electrode disposed over the channel, and a second electrode disposed under the channel and overlapped with the first electrode, wherein the channel is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected to the signal line through a contact hole and receive a signal transmitted through the signal line, and wherein the contact hole disposed outside the pixel area. 10. The organic light emitting display device of claim 9 , wherein the signal line transmits the signal which swings between a high voltage and a low voltage.
