What is claimed is: 1. A fastener chain comprising: a pair of fastener stringers which include element rows which are respectively fixed to facing side edge portions of a pair of tapes made of fiber, wherein a non-fluorine-based water repellent agent is adhered to the fastener chain in a state where the pair of fastener stringers are engaged with each other, and oil and fat contained in the pair of fastener stringers is 0.12 mass % or less with respect to a total mass of the pair of fastener stringers, wherein a result of a spray test of JIS L 1092 of the fastener chain after being washed 20 times with JIS L 1930 C4M passes a grade 3 or higher. 2. The fastener chain according to claim 1 , wherein the oil and fat contained in the pair of fastener stringers is 0.08 mass % or less with respect to the total mass of the pair of fastener stringers.
