What is claimed is:
1. A method for forming an electrode comprising:
forming a mixture comprising an active material particle, graphene oxide, and a poly(vinylidene fluoride);
providing the mixture over a current collector; and
dehydrofluorinating the poly(vinylidene fluoride) by treating the mixture in a solution comprising a polar solvent and a reducing agent.
2. The method for forming an electrode according to claim 1 , wherein the polar solvent comprises at least one of water, methanol, ethanol, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, dimethylformamide, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and dimethyl sulfoxide.
3. The method for forming an electrode according to claim 1 , wherein the reducing agent is a material having a LUMO level of higher than or equal to −5.0 eV and lower than or equal to −3.8 eV.
4. The method for forming an electrode according to claim 1 , wherein the reducing agent comprises at least one of ascorbic acid, hydrazine, dimethyl hydrazine, hydroquinone, tetra-butyl ammonium bromide, NaBH 4 and N,N-diethylhydroxylamine.
5. The method for forming an electrode according to claim 1 ,
wherein a polyene structure or an aromatic ring structure is formed in the poly(vinylidene fluoride) by the dehydrofluorination.
6. A method for forming an electrode comprising:
forming a layer over a metal layer, the layer comprising a carbon particle;
forming a mixture comprising an active material particle and a poly(vinylidene fluoride);
providing the mixture over the layer; and
dehydrofluorinating the poly(vinylidene fluoride) by treating the mixture in a solution comprising a polar solvent and a reducing agent.
7. The method for forming an electrode according to claim 6 , wherein the polar solvent comprises at least one of water, methanol, ethanol, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, dimethylformamide, 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and dimethyl sulfoxide.
8. The method for forming an electrode according to claim 6 , wherein the reducing agent is a material having a LUMO level of higher than or equal to −5.0 eV and lower than or equal to −3.8 eV.
9. The method for forming an electrode according to claim 6 , wherein the reducing agent comprises at least one of ascorbic acid, hydrazine, dimethyl hydrazine, hydroquinone, tetra-butyl ammonium bromide, NaBH 4 and N,N-diethylhydroxylamine.
10. The method for forming an electrode according to claim 6 ,
