The invention claimed is: 1. A strand used as a raw modeling material for a 3D printer, comprising: a base material containing thermoplastic resin as a main component; and one or more fibers or fiber bundles impregnated in the base material and extending in an axial direction, wherein the strand is twisted along the axial direction, and wherein an angle of the twisting with respect to the axial direction is equal to or greater than 3° and equal to or less than 50°. 2. The strand according to claim 1 , wherein the number of times of twisting per meter in length in the axial direction is equal to or greater than 10/m and equal to or less than 200/m. 3. The strand according to claim 1 , wherein the fibers or the fiber bundles contain a carbon fiber. 4. A modeled object formed by a 3D printer, comprising: a base containing thermoplastic resin as a main component; and one or more fibers or fiber bundles contained in the base and twisted along an axial direction, wherein an angle of the twisting with respect to the axial direction is equal to or greater than 3° and equal to or less than 50°.
