What is claimed is: 1. A computer system, comprising: one or more processors, wherein the computer system is in communication with a display generation component and one or more inputs devices; and memory storing one or more programs configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs including instructions for: causing recording of one or more physical activity metrics at a first frequency, wherein the physical activity metrics are recorded by one or more sensors that are monitoring an activity level of a user of the computer system; while causing recording of the one or more physical activity metrics at the first frequency, displaying, via the display generation component, a workout user interface that includes a plurality of workout affordances, wherein a first workout affordance from the plurality of workout affordances corresponding to a first type of workout is displayed concurrently with a second affordance from the plurality of workout affordances corresponding to a second type of workout different from the first type of workout, wherein audio associated with the first workout affordance from the plurality of workout affordances corresponds to predefined list of audio items that includes a first audio item and a second audio item, and wherein the predefined list of audio items was not selected by the user; detecting, via the one or more input devices, a user input corresponding to selection of a selectable user interface object for starting audio playback; and in response to detecting the user input corresponding to selection of the selectable user interface object for starting audio playback: causing audio playback of audio associated with the first type of workout at an audio output device that is in communication with the computer system; and causing recording of the one or more physical activity metrics at a second frequency greater than the first frequency. 2. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the audio associated with the first type of workout has a duration based on an amount of time required to complete the first type of workout. 3. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the audio associated with the first type of workout includes an audio indication configured to be output at the audio output device at a predefined time during playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout. 4. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the audio associated with the first type of workout corresponds to one or more visual content items that are configured to be output during playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout. 5. The computer system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: while causing audio playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout: displaying, via the display generation component, the one or more visual content items; and generating tactile output, wherein the tactile output is provided concurrently with display of the one or more visual content items. 6. The computer system of claim 4 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: after completion of the first type of workout, displaying, via the display generation component, a first workout summary user interface that includes the one or more visual content items configured to be output during playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout. 7. The computer system of claim 4 , wherein: each visual content item of the one or more visual content items is configured to be output at a respective predetermined time during playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout, including a first visual content item configured to be output at a first predetermined time during playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout; and the one or more programs further include instructions for: displaying, via the display generation component, a workout summary user interface that includes one or more graphical representations of the first type of workout, wherein: in accordance with a determination that the first visual content item was output during playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout, the workout summary user interface includes the first visual content item, and in accordance with a determination that the first visual content item was not output during playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout, the workout summary user interface does not include the first visual content item. 8. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: in accordance with a determination that audio playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout has completed, causing, at the audio output device, audio playback of the predefined list of audio items that includes the first audio item and the second audio item. 9. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: in response to detecting the user input corresponding to selection of the selectable user interface object for starting audio playback, displaying, via the display generation component, a first set of playback controls for modifying the audio playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout; and in response to causing audio playback of the predefined list of audio items, displaying, via the display generation component, a second set of playback controls for modifying audio playback of the predefined list of audio items, wherein the second set of playback controls is different than the first set of playback controls. 10. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: after audio playback of the audio associated with the first type of workout has completed, causing, at the audio output device, audio playback of the first audio item of the predefined list of audio items; after causing the audio playback of the first audio item, detecting one or more user inputs corresponding to the first audio item; and in response to detecting the one or more user inputs corresponding to the first audio item, performing an operation for the first audio item based on the detected one or more user inputs without performing the operation for the second audio item. 11. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: in response to detecting the user input corresponding to selection of the selectable user interface object for starting audio playback: displaying, via the display generation component, a workout user interface comprising a playback progress indicator, wherein the playback progress indicator visually indicates progress of playback of audio content, wherein the audio content includes the audio associated with the first type of workout and the predefined list of audio items. 12. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more programs further include instructions for: in accordance with a determination that a detected user input results in audio playback of audio that is not associated with the first type of workout, causing the audio playback of audio associated with the first type of workout to cease. 13. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein a predetermined number of audio items of a first type are stored at the computer system, wherein the audio associated with the first type of workout is of the first type. 14. The computer system of claim 1 , wherein: the audio associated with the first type of workout corresponds to a predefined set
