Provided is a compound of Formula 1: where X is O or S; Ar 1 is an aryl having 6 to 20 carbon atoms substituted with at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of cyano, pyridinyl, benzimidazolyl and diphenylphosphine oxide, or a substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl having 3 to 20 carbon atoms containing at least one N; and Ar 2 is a functional group of Formula 2 below, with the proviso that Ar 1 and Ar 2 are different from each other, where Ar 3 is an aryl having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, and m is an integer of 0 to 2, and an organic light emitting device comprising the same.

The invention claimed is: 1. A compound of Formula 1: wherein in Formula 1: X is O or S; Ar 1 is: Ar 2 is a functional group of Formula 2 below: wherein in Formula 2: Ar 3 is phenyl; and m is an integer of 0 or 1. 2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein Ar 1 is 3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein Ar 2 is any one functional group selected from the group consisting of the following functional groups: 4. An organic light emitting device, comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode provided at a side opposite to the first electrode; and at least one layer of an organic material layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the at least one layer of the organic material layer includes a compound of claim 1 .
