What is claimed is: 1. A cleaner comprising: a suction part; a main body comprising a body and a body cover configured to open or close a lower portion of the body, the body comprising a cyclone part configured to separate dust from air suctioned through the suction part and a dust container configured to store the dust separated by the cyclone part; a handle part coupled to the main body, the handle part comprising a handle body including a handle axis (A 6 ); a filter part disposed in the body and configured to filter the air such that the air separated from the dust in the cyclone part passes through the filter part; a movable part configured to move along a space between an outer portion of the filter part and an inner circumference surface of the body in the body; a manipulation part disposed radially outside the main body and configured to be manipulated for moving the movable part, and the manipulation part is configured to be moved independently of the handle part; and a transfer part passing through the main body and connecting the movable part to the manipulation part, wherein, when the cleaner is seen from above in a state where the dust container is disposed at a lowermost portion and a cyclone flow axis (A 1 ) of the cyclone part is vertically disposed, the handle axis (A 6 ) extends along an axial line (L 5 ) having a certain length within a length range of the handle body, the axial line (L 5 ) comprises a first point (P 1 ) disposed farthest away from the main body and a second point (P 2 ) disposed closest to the main body, and a first extension line (L 6 ) and a second extension line (L 7 ) are defined as passing through the first point (P 1 ) and extending horizontally and tangentially to the main body, at least a portion of the manipulation part is disposed in a region formed by an outer surface of the main body and the first and second extension lines (L 6 and L 7 ). 2. The cleaner of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the manipulation part is disposed outside the region formed by the outer surface of the main body and the first and second extension lines (L 6 and L 7 ). 3. The cleaner of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the transfer part is covered by the handle part. 4. The cleaner of claim 1 , wherein a distance between the cyclone flow axis (A 1 ) and the transfer part is set to be longer than a distance between the cyclone flow axis (A 1 ) and an inner circumference surface where cyclone flow is generated in the cyclone part. 5. The cleaner of claim 1 , wherein the main body has a cylindrical shape, a horizontal width of the handle part is less than a diameter of the main body, and the manipulation part is separated from a floor surface when the main body and the handle part are located to contact the floor surface. 6. The cleaner of claim 1 , wherein the manipulation part comprises: a first part covered by the handle part; a second part extending from the first part and disposed outside the main body and the handle part; and a neck part having a width which is less than a horizontal-direction width of the first part and the second part, and the handle part comprises a slot configured to guide movement of the neck part. 7. The cleaner of claim 6 , wherein the handle part further comprises a guide end part in contact with the neck part. 8. The cleaner of claim 6 , wherein the main body further comprises an outer circumference surface, the first part comprises a first side part in contact with the outer circumference surface of the main body, and the second part comprises a side part rounded in a direction away from the outer circumference surface of the main body. 9. The cleaner of claim 8 , wherein a virtual line extending tangentially from the outer circumference surface of the main body and passing through the transfer part is configured to pass through the second part or to overlap the second part in a vertical direction. 10. The cleaner of claim 6 , wherein the transfer part is inserted into a lower surface of the first part. 11. The cleaner of claim 10 , wherein the transfer part has a cylindrical bar shape, an upper end of the transfer part coupled to the first part comprises a horizontal cross-sectional surface having a noncircular shape, and a cylindrical portion of the transfer part passes through the main body. 12. The cleaner of claim 1 , further comprising: a guide rib protruding from the main body, and configured to guide a vertical movement of the manipulation part; and an elastic member protruding into a movement path of the manipulation part and configured to elastically support a lower portion of the manipulation part. 13. The cleaner of claim 12 , wherein the elastic member provides an elastic force on the manipulation part when an external force is not applied to the manipulation part, and the elastic force of the elastic member is not provided to the manipulation part after the elastic member deviates from the movement path of the manipulation part due to the external force applied to the manipulation part. 14. The cleaner of claim 12 , wherein the elastic member comprises: a supporting body having a bent shape and being configured to support the manipulation part; a first elastic body extending from a lower end of the supporting body and contacting the guide rib; and a second elastic body extending from an upper end of the supporting body and contacting the guide rib. 15. The cleaner of claim 14 , wherein the transfer part is separated from the guide body, the supporting body is disposed between the transfer part and the guide rib and passes through a slot of the guide rib, and the supporting body comprises a first inclined part inclined upward in a direction towards the transfer part and a second inclined part inclined upward in a direction away from the transfer part, and the second inclined part being configured to support a lower surface of the manipulation part. 16. The cleaner of claim 15 , wherein the first elastic body comprises a vertical extension part extending from a lower end of the first inclined part and a horizontal extension part extending from a lower end of the vertical extension part in a horizontal direction, and the main body comprises a supporting rib supporting the horizontal extension part and a fixing rib contacting the vertical extension part and the horizontal extension part and having a bent shape. 17. The cleaner of claim 1 , wherein the body comprises a guide body protruding outward from the body, and the guide body includes a movement space configured to enable movement of the transfer part, and an opening in an upper sidewall of the guide body, the transfer part being configured to pass through the opening. 18. The cleaner of claim 17 , wherein at least a portion of the opening has a diameter that progressively increases along a direction towards a lower portion thereof, and the opening has a minimum diameter corresponding to an outer diameter of the transfer part. 19. The cleaner of claim 17 , wherein the movable part comprises: a frame having a ring shape; and a connection part extending radially outward from frame and connecting the frame to the transfer part, wherein the transfer part passing through the opening is connected to the connection part, and the connection part contacts the upper sidewall at a standby position of the manipulation part and covers the opening. 20. The cleaner of claim 1 , wherein the movable part comprises: a frame having a ring shap
