What is claimed is: 1. A product delivery device, comprising: a three-piece cap, the three-piece cap comprising: a first piece comprised of an inlet port; a conical section including a wide end and a narrow end; and an outlet port disposed flush with the narrow end of the conical section extending away from the conical section; and a second piece comprising a securement feature configured to couple the wide end of the conical section to a container; and a third piece comprising a gasket, the gasket including an internal angle based at least in part on an angle of the conical section, wherein the first piece engages with the second piece to deform the gasket when connected to the container. 2. The product delivery device of claim 1 , wherein walls of the conical section extend from the wide end to the narrow end and define the angle of the conical section. 3. The product delivery device of claim 2 , wherein the angle of the conical section varies along a circumference of the narrow end or the wide end. 4. The product delivery device of claim 2 , wherein the angle of the conical section is uniform along a circumference of the narrow end or the wide end. 5. The product delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the securement feature comprises threads configured to engage an external surface of the container. 6. The product delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the product delivery device comprises at least one of polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polycarbonate, or silicone. 7. The product delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the inlet port comprises an inlet port external barb and the outlet port comprises an outlet port external barb.
