What is claimed is: 1. A composition, comprising: an aluminum alloy comprising less than or equal to 50 weight percent (wt. %) silicon (Si) and/or less than or equal to 50 wt. % magnesium (Mg) based on a total weight of the aluminum alloy, wherein: the aluminum alloy comprises an activating composition comprising gallium (Ga), the Ga is concentrated proximate to grain boundaries of the aluminum alloy, wherein the aluminum alloy comprises the activating composition in an amount greater than 10 wt. % based on the total weight of the aluminum alloy, and wherein the composition is reactive with water. 2. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises greater than or equal to 0.6 wt. % Si and greater than or equal to 1 wt. % Mg based on the total weight of the aluminum alloy. 3. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises greater than or equal to 0.6 wt. % Si based on the total weight of the aluminum alloy. 4. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises greater than or equal to 1 wt. % Mg based on the total weight of the aluminum alloy. 5. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the activating composition comprises indium (In), tin (Sn), bismuth (Bi) and/or zinc (Zn), and wherein the In, Sn, Bi, and/or Zn is concentrated proximate to the grain boundaries of the aluminum alloy. 6. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the activating composition is an eutectic composition comprising Ga and In. 7. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises the activating composition in an amount less than or equal to 50 wt. % based on the total weight of the aluminum alloy. 8. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises an average grain size of less than or equal to 500 micrometers. 9. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises an average grain size of greater than or equal to 20 micrometers. 10. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises an eutectic composition comprising Ga and In disposed within the grain boundaries and/or subgrain boundaries of the aluminum alloy. 11. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises an equiaxed grain structure. 12. The composition of claim 11 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises an average grain size of less than or equal to 100 micrometers. 13. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises an elongated grain structure. 14. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises greater than or equal to 1 wt. % Si and greater than or equal to 1 wt. % Mg based on the total weight of the aluminum alloy. 15. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises the activating composition in an amount greater than or equal to 20 wt. % based on the total weight of the aluminum alloy. 16. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises the activating composition in an amount greater than or equal to 30 wt. % based on the total weight of the aluminum alloy. 17. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the aluminum alloy comprises the activating composition in an amount greater than or equal to 40 wt. % based on the total weight of the aluminum alloy.
