An LED tube lamp comprises a lamp tube, a diffusive layer covered on a surface of the lamp tube, two end caps, a light strip, LED light sources on the light strip, and a power supply. Each of the two end caps is coupled to a respective end of the lamp tube. The light strip is attached to an inner circumferential surface of the lamp tube. The power supply module comprises a printed circuit board electrically connected to the light strip, a rectifying circuit and a filtering circuit coupled to the rectifying circuit. An end of the light strip is detached from the inner circumferential surface of the lamp tube and electrically connected to the printed circuit board.

What is claimed is: 1. An LED tube lamp, comprising: a glass lamp tube; a diffusive layer covered on a surface of the glass lamp tube; two end caps, each of the two end caps coupled to a respective end of the glass lamp tube; a light strip, attached to an inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube; a plurality of LED light sources mounted on the light strip; and a power supply module comprising a printed circuit board electrically connected to the light strip, the power supply module further comprising a rectifying circuit and a filtering circuit coupled to the rectifying circuit, wherein an end of the light strip detached from the inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube and electrically connected to the printed circuit board; wherein the end of the light strip is detached from the inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube within the glass lamp tube; wherein the light strip is soldered to the printed circuit board; wherein the end of the light strip is detached from the inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube to form a freely ending portion with the freely ending portion being curled up, coiled or deformed in shape to be fittingly accommodated within the LED tube lamp; wherein the LED tube lamp further comprises a protective layer disposed on the light strip. 2. The LED tube lamp according to claim 1 , wherein the freely ending portion forms a shape of “Z” or “S” inside the LED tube lamp. 3. The LED tube lamp according to claim 1 , wherein the end of the light strip and the printed circuit board are stacked on each other. 4. The LED tube lamp according to claim 3 , wherein the light strip comprises two soldering pads arranged at the freely ending portion, and each of the two soldering pads is formed with a through-hole. 5. The LED tube lamp according to claim 3 , wherein the light strip comprises two soldering pads arranged at the freely ending portion, and each of the two soldering pads is formed with a notch. 6. The LED tube lamp according to claim 3 , wherein the filtering circuit comprises: a first capacitor, having an end coupled to a first output terminal of the rectifying circuit, and the other end coupled to a second output terminal of the rectifying circuit. 7. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the filtering circuit further comprises: an EMI-reducing capacitor, coupled between input terminals of the rectifying circuit. 8. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the filtering circuit further comprises: a first resistor, having an end coupled to a pin on one of the end caps; and a second capacitor, having an end coupled to the other end of the first resistor, and the other end coupled to one of input terminals of the rectifying circuit. 9. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the filtering circuit further comprises: a passive component, coupled to the second capacitor in parallel. 10. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the passive component is an inductor. 11. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the rectifying circuit comprises: a first diode, having an anode connected to the second output terminal, and a cathode connected to a pin on one of the end caps; a second diode, having an anode connected to the second output terminal, and a cathode connected to a pin on the other one of the end caps; a third diode, having an anode connected to the pin on the one of the end caps, and a cathode connected to the first output terminal; and a fourth diode, having an anode connected to the pin on the other one of the end caps, and a cathode connected to the first output terminal. 12. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the rectifying circuit further comprises: a terminal adapter circuit, coupled to the cathode of the first diode, the anode of the second diode, and the pins on both of the end caps, and configured to transmit signal received from at least one of the pins to the cathode of the first diode and the anode of the second diode. 13. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the terminal adapter circuit comprises: a third capacitor, having an end connected to the pin on the other one of the end caps, and the other end connected to the cathode of the first diode and the anode of the second diode; and a fourth capacitor, having an end connected to the pin on the one of the end caps, and the other end connected to the other end of the third capacitor. 14. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 12 , wherein the terminal adapter circuit comprises: a first fuse, having an end connected to the pin on the other one of the end caps, and the other end connected to the cathode of the first diode and the anode of the second diode; and a second fuse, having an end connected to the pin on the one of the end caps, and the other end connected to the other end of the first fuse. 15. An LED tube lamp, comprising: a glass lamp tube; a diffusive layer covered on a surface of the glass lamp tube; two end caps, each of the two end caps coupled to a respective end of the glass lamp tube; a light strip, attached to an inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube; a plurality of LED light sources mounted on the light strip; and a power supply module comprising a printed circuit board electrically connected to the light strip, the power supply module further comprising a rectifying circuit and a filtering circuit coupled to the rectifying circuit, wherein an end of the light strip detached from the inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube and electrically connected to the printed circuit board; wherein the end of the light strip is detached from the inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube within the glass lamp tube; wherein the light strip is soldered to the printed circuit board; wherein the printed circuit board comprises two first soldering pads arranged on a top surface thereof, the plurality of LED light sources are mounted on a top surface of the light strip, further wherein the end of the light strip is detached from the inner circumferential surface of the glass lamp tube to form a freely ending portion soldered to the two first soldering pads on the top surface of the printed circuit board; wherein the light strip comprises two second soldering pads arranged at the freely ending portion, and each of the two second soldering pads is formed with a through-hole and is soldered to a corresponding one of the two first soldering pads. 16. The LED tube lamp according to claim 15 , wherein the freely ending portion and the printed circuit board are stacked on each other. 17. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 16 , wherein the filtering circuit comprises: a first capacitor, having an end coupled to a first output terminal of the rectifying circuit, and the other end coupled to a second output terminal of the rectifying circuit. 18. The LED tube lamp as claimed in claim 17 , wherein the rectifying circuit comprises: a first diode, having an anode connected to the second output terminal, and a cathode connected to a pin on one of the end caps; a second diode, having an anode connected to the second output terminal, and a cathode connected to a pin on the other one of the end caps; a third diode, having an anode connected to the pin on the one of the end caps, and a cathode connected to the first output terminal; and a fourth diode, having an anode connected to the pin on the other one of the end caps, and a cathode connected to the first output termina
