To provide a display device that is suitable for increasing in size, a display device in which display unevenness is suppressed, or a display device that can display an image along a curved surface. The display device includes a first display panel and a second display panel each including a pair of substrates. The first display panel and the second display panel each include a first region which can transmit visible light, a second region which can block visible light, and a third region which can perform display. The third region of the first display panel and the first region of the second display panel overlap each other. The third region of the first display panel and the second region of the second display panel do not overlap each other.

The invention claimed is: 1. A display device comprising: a first flexible display panel; a second flexible display panel; a third flexible display panel; a fourth flexible display panel; wherein each of the first flexible display panel to the fourth flexible display panel comprises a first region configured to display an image, a second region having a light-transmitting property, and a third region provided with a first flexible printed circuit (FPC), wherein in each of the first flexible display panel to the fourth flexible display panel the first region is positioned between the second region and the third region, wherein the first region of the first flexible display panel overlaps with each of the second region of the second flexible display panel and the second region of the third flexible display panel, but does not overlap with the second region of the fourth flexible display panel, wherein the first region of the second flexible display panel overlaps with the second region of the fourth flexible display panel, wherein the first region of the third flexible display panel overlaps with each of the second region of the first flexible display panel and the second region of the fourth flexible display panel, but does not overlap with the second region of the second flexible display panel, and wherein the third region of each of the first flexible display panel to the fourth flexible display panel has a curved region. 2. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein a display luminance is configured to be locally increased in a region of the first flexible display panel where the first region of the first flexible display panel overlaps with either of the second region of the second flexible display panel and the second region of the third flexible display panel. 3. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the first regions of the first to fourth flexible display panels are placed seamlessly. 4. The display device according to claim 1 , further comprising a touch panel. 5. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the display device is one of a television device, a digital signage, and a public information display.
