What is claimed is: 1. A solid electrolyte for all-solid batteries comprising: a compound represented by the following Formula 4: Li 7 PS 6−2c N c X c   [Formula 4] wherein in Formula 4, 0<c≤1; and each X is the same or different halogen atom selected from the group consisting of chlorine (Cl), bromine (Br), and iodine (I), wherein the compound has an argyrodite-type crystal structure. 2. An all-solid battery comprising: a cathode; an anode; and a solid electrolyte layer interposed between the cathode and the anode, wherein at least one of the cathode, the anode and the solid electrolyte layer comprises a solid electrolyte of claim 1 . 3. A method of manufacturing a solid electrolyte for all-solid batteries comprising: providing a mixture of Li 2 S, P 2 S 5 , LiX and Li 3 N; grinding the mixture; and heat-treating the mixture to obtain a compound having an argyrodite-type crystal structure, wherein each X is the same or different halogen atom selected from the group consisting of chlorine (Cl), bromine (Br), and iodine (I), wherein the compound is represented by the following Formula 4: Li 7 PS 6−2c N c X c   [Formula 4] wherein in Formula 4.0<c≤1; and each X is the same or different halogen atom selected from the group consisting of chlorine (Cl), bromine (Br), and iodine (I). 4. A vehicle comprising an all-solid battery of claim 2 .
