What is claimed is: 1. A knob assembly for an appliance comprising a knob ring configured to be disposed at a front side of a front panel of the appliance, to circumferentially surround a knob of the appliance and to rotate independently of a rotation of the knob, wherein the knob ring includes a knob supporting portion that is configured to surround a shaft of the knob, wherein the knob supporting portion includes a sleeve portion that is configured to be axially fixed with respect to the front panel and that axially extends away from the knob ring, wherein the shaft and the knob are installed to the sleeve portion and configured to be slidable and rotatable relative to the sleeve portion, and wherein the sleeve portion is configured to guide a rotation and an axial movement of the shaft. 2. The knob assembly of claim 1 , wherein the knob ring includes a plate extending radially from the sleeve portion, and wherein the sleeve portion extends axially in a front direction from the plate and in a rear direction from the plate. 3. The knob assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the sleeve portion is configured to extend to an inner space of the knob through an opened rear of the knob. 4. The knob assembly of claim 1 , wherein the sleeve portion is configured to pass through the front panel and into an interior of the appliance. 5. The knob assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a support frame configured to be fastened to the front panel, wherein the sleeve portion is configured to pass through the support frame. 6. The knob assembly according to claim 5 , wherein the knob ring is configured to be disposed between the knob and the support frame. 7. The knob assembly according to claim 5 , wherein a rear surface of the knob ring being configured to be disposed on the front side of the front panel to thereby interpose a portion of the front panel between the knob ring and the support frame. 8. The knob assembly of claim 5 , further comprising an actuating member that is rotatably supported by the support frame and configured to rotate together with the knob ring relative to the support frame, wherein the support frame is configured to be fastened to a rear side of the front panel and the actuating member is configured to be attached to the knob ring through the front panel. 9. The knob assembly of claim 8 , wherein the sleeve portion is configured to pass through the actuating member. 10. The knob assembly according to claim 8 , wherein the sleeve portion extends to an inner space of the actuating member. 11. The knob assembly according to claim 8 , wherein the support frame defines a support frame through-hole, an inner surface of the support frame through-hole being configured to guide a rotational motion of the knob ring and the actuating member. 12. The knob assembly according to claim 11 , wherein the actuating member comprises: a cylindrical surface which is supported by the inner surface of the support frame through-hole; and a radially extended portion which extends radially outward from the cylindrical surface at a rear of the support frame. 13. The knob assembly according to claim 8 , further comprising a fixed frame which is attached to the support frame and supports the actuating member in an axial direction. 14. The knob assembly according to claim 13 , further comprising a fixed pipe which is attached to the fixed frame and is configured to surround the shaft and to guide a rotation of the shaft. 15. The knob assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the knob ring includes: a knob ring back plate extending radially from the sleeve portion; and a knob ring body configured to surround the knob to allow an axial movement of the knob. 16. The knob assembly according to claim 15 , wherein the knob ring body is attached to a front of the knob ring back plate, and wherein a space defined by a radial inner space of the knob ring body and a front space of the knob ring back plate is configured to accommodate the knob and allow the knob to move axially relative to the knob ring. 17. An appliance comprising a knob assembly and a front panel defining appearance of the appliance, the knob assembly comprising: a knob ring that is disposed at a front side of the front panel and is configured to be rotated by a user; a knob that is disposed at the front side of the front panel and configured to be rotated by the user independently of a rotation of the knob ring; a shaft extending rearward from the knob; and a sleeve portion extending away from the knob ring and surrounding the shaft to guide a rotation and an axial movement of the shaft, the sleeve portion being configured to be axially fixed with respect to the front panel, wherein the shaft and the knob are installed to the sleeve portion and configured to be slidable and rotatable relative to the sleeve portion. 18. The appliance according to claim 17 , wherein the knob ring includes: a knob ring back plate extending radially from the sleeve portion; and a knob ring body connected to a front of the knob ring back plate, wherein a space defined by a radial inner space of the knob ring body and a front space of the knob ring back plate is configured to accommodate the knob and allow the knob to move axially relative to the knob ring.
