A kit of parts includes components implantable in a patient to adapt a neopenis of the patient for penetrative intercourse. The kit of parts includes an implantable support, an implantable penile prosthesis, and an artificial glans penis. When implanted, the implantable support orients the implantable penile prosthesis and the artificial glans penis in an anatomically natal penis position that is adapted for penetrative intercourse.

The invention claimed is: 1. A kit of parts including components implantable in a patient to adapt a neopenis of the patient for penetrative intercourse, the kit of parts comprising: an implantable support attachable to a descending pubic ramus, the implantable support formed to comprise a first artificial crus receptacle; an implantable penile prosthesis comprising a proximal end portion insertable into the first artificial crus receptacle and a distal end portion located opposite of the proximal end portion; and an artificial glans penis attachable to the distal end portion of the implantable penile prosthesis; wherein, when implanted, the implantable support orients the implantable penile prosthesis and the artificial glans penis in an anatomically natal penis position that is adapted for penetrative intercourse. 2. The kit of parts of claim 1 , wherein the implantable penile prosthesis comprises an inflatable penile prosthesis attachable by tubing to a liquid reservoir and a pump. 3. The kit of parts of claim 1 , wherein the implantable support further comprises a second artificial crus receptacle and the implantable penile prosthesis further comprises a first inflatable cylinder insertable into the first artificial crus receptacle and a second inflatable cylinder insertable into the second artificial crus receptacle, wherein the first inflatable cylinder and the second inflatable cylinder are each attachable to a liquid reservoir and a pump. 4. The kit of parts of claim 1 , wherein the implantable penile prosthesis comprises a malleable penile prosthesis comprising a metal core surrounded by a polymer, wherein the malleable penile prosthesis is bendable between an erect penis position and a flaccid penis position. 5. The kit of parts of claim 1 , wherein the distal end portion of the implantable penile prosthesis comprises a glans-shaped bulb. 6. The kit of parts of claim 1 , wherein the implantable support further comprises a second artificial crus receptacle spaced a distance away from the first artificial crus receptacle. 7. The kit of parts of claim 1 , wherein the implantable support further comprises a mesh grid adapted for tissue in-growth relative to the implantable support. 8. The kit of parts of claim 1 , wherein the implantable support further comprises a steel plate adapted to provide the implantable support with rigidity. 9. A kit of parts including components implantable in a patient to adapt a neopenis of the patient for penetrative intercourse, the kit of parts comprising: an implantable support attachable to a descending pubic ramus, the implantable support formed to comprise a first artificial crus receptacle; an inflatable penile prosthesis comprising a proximal end portion insertable into the first artificial crus receptacle, a distal end portion located opposite of the proximal end portion, and tubing connected to the inflatable penile prosthesis that is attachable to a pump; and an artificial glans penis attachable to the distal end portion of the inflatable penile prosthesis; wherein, when implanted, the implantable support orients the inflatable penile prosthesis and the artificial glans penis in an anatomically natal penis position that is adapted for penetrative intercourse. 10. The kit of parts of claim 9 , wherein the implantable support further comprises a second artificial crus receptacle and the inflatable penile prosthesis further comprises a first inflatable cylinder insertable into the first artificial crus receptacle and a second inflatable cylinder insertable into the second artificial crus receptacle, wherein the first inflatable cylinder and the second inflatable cylinder are each attachable to the pump.
