A system and method for automated blockchain custody service for managing a set of custodial assets includes a blockchain service circuit structured to interpret a plurality of access control features corresponding to parties associated with a secured loan; a data collection circuit structured to receive first collateral data from at least one sensor associated with the collateral used to secure the loan; receive second collateral data regarding an environment of the collateral from an IoT circuit; and associate the first collateral data and second collateral data with a unique identifier associated with the item of collateral, wherein the blockchain service circuit is structured to store the unique identifier and associated collateral data as blockchain data; a smart contract circuit structured to create a smart lending contract; and a secure access control circuit structured to receive access control instructions from a lender of the loan via an access control interface.

What is claimed is: 1. A system, comprising: a blockchain service circuit structured to: maintain a blockchain that stores data relating to secured loans and corresponding collateral data relating to collateral items; and interpret a plurality of access control features corresponding to a plurality of parties associated with a secured loan, the plurality of access control features defining levels of access to respective parties of the plurality of parties to respective types of data stored on the blockchain; a data collection circuit structured to: receive first collateral data from at least one sensor associated with an item of collateral used to secure the secured loan, the at least one sensor being included in a mobile data collector, the mobile data collector comprising at least one of a drone or a mobile robot; receive second collateral data regarding an environment of the item of collateral from an Internet of Things circuit; and associate the first collateral data and second collateral data with a unique identifier associated with the item of collateral, wherein the blockchain service circuit is further structured to store the unique identifier and associated collateral data as blockchain data; a smart contract circuit structured to instantiate a smart contract corresponding to the secured loan in response to the association of the first collateral data and the second collateral data with the unique identifier, the smart contract including computer-readable instructions that adapt at least one processor to: monitor the first collateral data and the second collateral data; interpret a collateral event based on at least one of the first collateral data and the second collateral data; maintain a training data set for an artificial intelligence comprising feedback data of outcomes of success comprising recognition of a pattern of prices or value of the item of collateral over time in relation to the collateral event, the training data set including the first collateral data collected by the mobile data collector monitoring the item of collateral and the second collateral data; and iteratively train the artificial intelligence, using the training data set, to determine a route of travel for the mobile data collector to monitor the item of collateral based on the feedback data of outcomes of success; auto-execute a loan-related action in response to the collateral event; cause the mobile data collector to follow the determined route of travel to monitor the item of collateral; generate one or more blocks containing data corresponding to the loan-related action; generate one or more hash values of the one or more blocks; and link the one or more blocks to the blockchain via the one or more hash values; and a secure access control circuit structured to: receive access control instructions from a device associated with a lender of the secured loan via an access control interface; and provide instructions to the blockchain service circuit regarding access to the blockchain data associated with the item of collateral by the device associated with the lender, based on an access control function relating to the lender, wherein each of the blockchain service circuit, the data collection circuit, the secure access control circuit, and the Internet of Things circuit further comprises a corresponding application programming interface (API) component structured to facilitate communication among the circuits of the system. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the data collection circuit is further structured to interpret a condition of the item of collateral in response to a subset of the received first collateral data or received second collateral data. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one of: an image capture device, a thermometer, a pressure gauge, a humidity sensor, a velocity sensor, an acceleration sensor, a rotational sensor, a torque sensor, a scale, chemical, magnetic field, electrical field, or position sensors. 4. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a reporting circuit structured to report a collateral event related to an aspect of the collateral, the aspect of the collateral including at least one of: a value of the item of collateral, a condition of the item of collateral, or an ownership of the item of collateral. 5. The system of claim 4 , further comprising an automated agent circuit structured to: interpret the collateral event; and perform a loan-related action in response to the collateral event. 6. The system of claim 1 , further comprising: a collateral classification circuit structured to identify a group of off-set items of collateral, wherein each member of the group of off-set items of collateral and the item of collateral share a common attribute. 7. The system of claim 6 , further comprising a market value data collection circuit structured to monitor and report on at least one of marketplace information relevant to a value of the item of collateral or at least one of the group of off-set items of collateral. 8. The system of claim 7 , wherein the market value data collection circuit is further structured to: monitor at least one of: a price or financial data of the item of collateral or at least one of the group of off-set items of collateral in at least one public marketplace; and report the at least one monitored price or financial data. 9. The system of claim 7 , wherein: the market value data collection circuit is further structured to monitor at least one of the group of off-set items of collateral in at least one public marketplace; and the smart contract circuit is further structured to modify a term or condition of the secured loan based on the marketplace information for off-set items of collateral relevant to the value of the item of collateral. 10. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a smart contract services circuit structured to manage the smart contract for the secured loan. 11. The system of claim 1 , wherein the access control features are based at least in part on at least one of: biometrics, a password, or physical restriction. 12. The system of claim 6 , wherein the common attribute includes at least one of: a category, an age, a condition, a history, an ownership, a caretaker, a security, a condition of ownership, a lien, a storage condition, a geolocation, or a jurisdictional location. 13. The system of claim 6 , wherein the common attribute includes an age. 14. A method, comprising: maintaining a blockchain that stores data relating to secured loans and corresponding collateral data relating to collateral items; receiving first collateral data from a sensor associated with an item of collateral used to secure a loan, the sensor being included in a mobile data collector, the mobile data collector comprising at least one of a drone or a mobile robot; receiving second collateral data regarding an environment of the item of collateral; associating the first collateral data or the second collateral data with a unique identifier associated with the item of collateral; instantiating a smart contract corresponding to the secured loan in response to the association of the first collateral data and the second collateral data with the unique identifier; monitoring, via the smart contract, the first collateral data and the second collateral data; interpreting, via the smart contract, a collateral event, based on at least one of the first collateral data and the second collateral data; maintaining a training data set for an artificial intelligence comprising feedback data of outcomes of success comprising
