An EPF digital record transmission system may be configured to transmit an EPF digital record from an EPF device to a user device. The user device may then transmit the EPF digital record to a host server for storage and processing. The EPF device may also be configured to transmit health data and the user device may be configured to analyze one or both of the health data and the EPF digital record and present a health recommendation.

What is claimed is: 1. An electronic plumbing fixture (EPF) comprising: a measuring device; a processor; and a memory configured to store instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the EPF to: record EPF information with the measuring device; store the EPF information in an EPF digital record; detect a transmitter device configured to transmit the EPF digital record to a host server, wherein the transmitter device comprises: a first communication interface configured to receive the EPF digital record from the EPF using a first communication protocol, wherein the first communication protocol utilizes a wireless data connection; and a second communication interface configured to transmit the EPF digital record to the host server using a second communication protocol, wherein the first communication protocol is different than the second communication protocol; perform, based on detecting the transmitter device, a handshake with the transmitter device; and in response to completing the handshake, transmit the EPF digital record to the transmitter device via the first communication interface along with routing information that enables the transmitter device to transmit the EPF digital record to the host server via the second communication interface, wherein the EPF comprises an electronic faucet and the EPF digital record comprises a handwashing count. 2. The EPF of claim 1 , wherein the host server is further configured to cause the EPF digital record to be displayed via a dashboard. 3. The EPF of claim 2 , wherein: the EPF digital record further comprises EPF device location information; and the host server comprises an owner application configured to process the EPF digital record and cause a bathroom usage count to be displayed via the dashboard. 4. The EPF of claim 2 , wherein the EPF digital record further comprises water usage information for the EPF. 5. The EPF of claim 1 , wherein the transmitter device is a mobile device. 6. The EPF of claim 1 , wherein the EPF digital record further comprises user health data that comprises time spent washing hands. 7. The EPF of claim 1 , wherein the EPF digital record comprises EPF information comprising at least one of: a battery level of the EPF, a cycle count for the EPF, a maintenance level for the EPF, usage data for the EPF, water usage information for the EPF, or service information for the EPF. 8. The EPF of claim 1 , wherein a location of the EPF is determined based on the location of the transmitter device. 9. A system comprising: an electronic plumbing fixture (EPF) comprising a measuring device; a transmitter device comprising: a first communication interface associated with a first communication protocol that utilizes a wireless data connection; and a second communication interface associated with a second communication protocol that is different than the first communication protocol; and a host server, wherein the EPF is configured to: record EPF information with the measuring device; store the EPF information in an EPF digital record; perform, based on detecting the transmitter device, a handshake with the transmitter device; and in response to completing the handshake, transmit the EPF digital record to the transmitter device along with routing information that enables the transmitter device to transmit the EPF digital record to the host server; wherein the transmitter device is configured to: receive, via the first communication interface, an EPF digital record from the EPF; and transmit, via the second communication interface, the EPF digital record to the host server; and wherein the host server is configured to receive the EPF digital record from the transmitter device. 10. The system of claim 9 , wherein: the EPF comprises an electronic faucet; and the EPF digital record comprises a handwashing count. 11. The system of claim 9 , wherein the host server is further configured to cause the EPF digital record to be displayed via a dashboard. 12. The system of claim 11 , wherein: the EPF digital record further comprises EPF device location information; and the host server comprises an owner application configured to process the EPF digital record and cause a bathroom usage count to be displayed via the dashboard. 13. The system of claim 11 , wherein the EPF digital record further comprises water usage information for the EPF. 14. The system of claim 9 , wherein the transmitter device is a mobile device. 15. The system of claim 9 , wherein the EPF digital record further comprises user health data that comprises time spent washing hands. 16. The system of claim 9 , wherein the EPF digital record comprises EPF information comprising at least one of: a battery level of the EPF, a cycle count for the EPF, a maintenance level for the EPF, usage data for the EPF, water usage information for the EPF, or service information for the EPF. 17. The system of claim 9 , wherein a location of the EPF is determined based on the location of the transmitter device. 18. A method comprising: recording, by an electronic plumbing fixture (EPF) comprising a measuring device, EPF information with the measuring device, wherein the EPF comprises an electronic faucet; storing, by the EPF, the EPF information in an EPF digital record, wherein the EPF digital record comprises a handwashing count; detecting, by the EPF, a transmitter device configured to transmit the EPF digital record to a host server; performing, by the EPF and based on detecting the transmitter device, a handshake with the transmitter device; and in response to completing the handshake, transmitting the EPF digital record to the transmitter device along with routing information that enables the transmitter device to transmit the EPF digital record to the host server. 19. The method of claim 18 , wherein the EPF digital record further comprises user health data that includes time spent washing hands. 20. The method of claim 18 , wherein the EPF digital record comprises EPF information comprising at least one of: a battery level of the EPF, a cycle count for the EPF, a maintenance level for the EPF, usage data for the EPF, water usage information for the EPF, or service information for the EPF.
