The invention claimed is: 1. An overhead door panel, comprising: a pair of parallel glass panes; a metal frame with parallel lateral stiles oriented perpendicular to the pair of parallel glass panes; a first seal system located at a first lateral stile; and a second seal system located at a second lateral stile, wherein the first seal system and the second seal system engage with at least one glass pane of the pair of parallel glass panes and a lateral stile of the parallel lateral stiles of the metal frame such that the first seal system and the second seal system are between the at least one glass pane and the lateral stile, wherein each stile of the parallel lateral stiles comprises a central extrusion, wherein the central extrusion is spatially separated from the pair of parallel glass panes by a spatial separation while engaging with the pair of parallel glass panes, the spatial separation comprising the first seal system and the second seal system, wherein the central extrusion comprises: a cross-section profile comprising a planar structure having an upper side and a lower side, wherein the upper side further comprises a first engagement structure, a second engagement structure, and a third engagement structure, wherein the third engagement structure comprises a pair of spatially distanced extensions capable of engaging with and holding a first polymer extrusion and a second polymer extrusion of the first seal system or the second seal system. 2. The overhead door panel of claim 1 , wherein the pair of parallel glass panes are oriented such that a first glass pane is oriented to be internal and a second glass pane is oriented to be external when the overhead door panel is in use. 3. The overhead door panel of claim 1 , wherein the first seal system comprises the first polymer extrusion and the second polymer extrusion. 4. The overhead door panel of claim 1 , wherein the second seal system comprises the first polymer extrusion and the second polymer extrusion. 5. An overhead door panel comprising: a first glass pane; a second glass pane; and a central extrusion to spatially separate the first glass pane and the second glass pane, wherein the central extrusion is connected to the first glass pane by a first polymer extrusion and the second glass pane by a second polymer extrusion, wherein the first polymer extrusion is engaged with the second polymer extrusion to form a first seal system. 6. The overhead door panel of claim 5 , wherein the central extrusion comprises: a cross-section profile that comprises a planar structure having an upper side and a lower side, wherein the upper side further comprises a first engagement structure, a second engagement structure, and a third engagement structure. 7. The overhead door panel of claim 5 , wherein the central extrusion comprises: a cross-section profile that comprises a planar structure having an upper side and a lower side, wherein the lower side further comprises a first engagement structure, a second engagement structure, and a third engagement structure. 8. The overhead door panel of claim 7 , wherein the third engagement structure comprises a pair of spatially distanced extensions capable of engaging with and holding the first polymer extrusion and the second polymer extrusion. 9. The overhead door panel of claim 5 , further comprising: an engagement between the first polymer extrusion and the second polymer extrusion free of fasteners or adhesive. 10. The overhead door panel of claim 5 , wherein the first polymer extrusion engages with the first glass pane and with a first engagement structure. 11. The overhead door panel of claim 5 , wherein the second polymer extrusion engages with the second glass pane and a second engagement structure. 12. The overhead door panel of claim 5 , wherein a first polymer extrusion profile of the first polymer extrusion is different from a second polymer extrusion profile of the second polymer extrusion. 13. The overhead door panel of claim 5 , wherein the first polymer extrusion is on an interior pane when located on a bottom horizontal stile and on an exterior pane when located on a top horizontal stile. 14. The overhead door panel of claim 5 , wherein the second polymer extrusion is on an exterior pane when located on a second lateral stile and on an interior pane when located on a first lateral stile. 15. The overhead door panel of claim 5 , further comprising: a vapor permeable membrane, wherein the vapor permeable membrane is located adjacent to a vertical stile of the overhead door panel, wherein a material for the vapor permeable membrane is selected such that a water vapor transmission going in one direction through the material is greater than the water vapor transmission in an opposite direction of the material. 16. The overhead door panel of claim 15 , wherein the vapor permeable membrane is selected from a group comprising of: high-density polyethylene or stretched polytetrafluoroethylene laminate.
