An information processing system includes a vehicle and a server that is communicatively connected to the vehicle. The vehicle is configured to acquire position information of the vehicle, to acquire driving information of a driver of the vehicle, and to detect occurrence of a traffic accident associated with the vehicle. When a notification of occurrence of a traffic accident is received from the vehicle, the server is configured to calculate a driving skill level of the driver based on the driving information, to store provision information in which the position information of a point at which the traffic accident has occurred is correlated with the driving skill level and the number of times of occurrence of a traffic accident at the point, and to provide the provision information to an insurance company.

What is claimed is: 1. A server configured to communicate with a vehicle, the server comprising one or more processors configured to: receive a notification of occurrence of a traffic accident from the vehicle, the vehicle including an outside camera that images an outside of the vehicle and at least one of an inside camera installed in an inside of the vehicle or an in-vehicle sensor connected to the vehicle via an in-vehicle network; acquire position information on a point at which the traffic accident has occurred; calculate a driving skill level of a driver of the vehicle based on driving information on the driver of the vehicle, wherein the driving information is based on at least one of an image captured by the inside camera or information output from the inside camera or the in-vehicle sensor; generate provision information in which the position information is correlated with the driving skill level and the number of times of occurrence of traffic accident at the point, the provision information including a traveling image of the vehicle that is captured by the outside camera; and transmit the provision information to an information processing terminal of an insurance company, when the notification of occurrence of the traffic accident is received from the vehicle. 2. The server according to claim 1 , further comprising one or more memories configured to store the provision information, wherein the one or more processors are configured to acquire the number of times of the occurrence of the traffic accident at the point based on the provision information generated in a past and stored in the one or more memories. 3. The server according to claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to acquire the number of times of the occurrence of the traffic accident at the point based on information acquired from an information processing device circuitry that is external to the vehicle and the server. 4. The server according to claim 1 , wherein the number of times of the occurrence of the traffic accident at the point is the number of traffic accidents occurred by other drivers who have the same driving skill level as the driver. 5. An information processing method executed by a server configured to communicate with a vehicle, the information processing method comprising: receiving a notification of occurrence of a traffic accident from the vehicle, the vehicle including an outside camera that images an outside of the vehicle and at least one of an inside camera installed in an inside of the vehicle or an in-vehicle sensor connected to the vehicle via an in-vehicle network; acquiring position information on a point at which the traffic accident has occurred; calculating a driving skill level of a driver of the vehicle based on driving information on the driver of the vehicle, wherein the driving information is based on at least one of an image captured by the inside camera or information output from the inside camera or the in-vehicle sensor; generating provision information in which the position information is correlated with the driving skill level and the number of times of occurrence of traffic accident at the point, the provision information including a traveling image of the vehicle that is captured by the outside camera; and transmitting the provision information to an information processing terminal of an insurance company, when the notification of occurrence of the traffic accident is received from the vehicle. 6. A non-transitory storage medium storing instructions that are executable by one or more processors in a server and cause the one or more processors to perform functions, the server being configured to communicate with a vehicle, the functions comprising: receiving a notification of occurrence of a traffic accident from the vehicle, the vehicle including an outside camera that images an outside of the vehicle and at least one of an inside camera installed in an inside of the vehicle or an in-vehicle sensor connected to the vehicle via an in-vehicle network; acquiring position information on a point at which the traffic accident has occurred; calculating a driving skill level of a driver of the vehicle based on driving information on the driver of the vehicle, wherein the driving information is based on at least one of an image captured by the inside camera or information output from the inside camera or the in-vehicle sensor; generating provision information in which the position information is correlated with the driving skill level and the number of times of occurrence of traffic accident at the point, the provision information including a traveling image of the vehicle that is captured by the outside camera; and transmitting the provision information to an information processing terminal of an insurance company, when the notification of occurrence of the traffic accident is received from the vehicle.
