Official abstract text for this publication.
Systems, devices, methods, instructions, and other implementations are described for network data management. One embodiment involves request data received at a device associated with a digital lockbox, where the request data includes identifying information for an originating device associated with a location and is associated with a user device. A unique token is generated with the identifying information. The unique token can be used to tokenize a network link to create a secure one-time link. The system transmits the one-time link, which can then be used to facilitate secure communications between a computing system associated with the originating device and the user device.

What is claimed is: 1. A computer-implemented method, comprising: transmitting, by an originating device associated with a location, request data, the request data including identifying information for the originating device, and identifying information from a user device; receiving, by the originating device, a unique token, wherein when the unique token is received from the user device, the unique token is associated with a network location for a digital lockbox storing sensitive user data associated with the user device; accessing the sensitive user data in the digital lockbox at the network location using the unique token; and establishing secure communications between a computing system associated with the originating device and the user device using the sensitive user data. 2. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising: facilitating a dynamic update to tracking data at the digital lockbox associated with the secure communications. 3. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the unique token is received as part of a one-time universal resource locator (URL) link that identifies the network location of the digital lockbox. 4. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the request data includes a Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) authorization to communicate with the user device. 5. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising tracking acceptance rate data at the originating device, wherein the originating device is a sale (POS) device, and wherein the acceptance rate data includes the request data. 6. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the request data further includes location level data, employee data, and regional level data associated with a merchant operating the originating device. 7. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising: transmitting real-time transaction data to the network location for the digital lockbox for real-time dynamic tracking of access to the sensitive user data. 8. A device comprising: a memory; and one or more processors coupled to the memory and configured to perform operations comprising: transmitting request data, the request data including identifying information for the device, and identifying information from a user device; receiving a unique token, wherein when the unique token is received from the user device, the unique token is associated with a network location for a digital lockbox storing sensitive user data associated with the user device; accessing the sensitive user data in the digital lockbox at the network location using the unique token; and establishing secure communications between a computing system associated with the device and the user device using the sensitive user data. 9. The device of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to perform operations comprising: facilitating a dynamic update to tracking data at the digital lockbox associated with the secure communications. 10. The device of claim 8 , wherein the unique token is received as part of a one-time universal resource locator (URL) link that identifies the network location of the digital lockbox. 11. The device of claim 8 , wherein the request data includes a Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) authorization to communicate with the user device. 12. The device of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to perform operations comprising: tracking acceptance rate data at the device, wherein the device is a sale (POS) device, and wherein the acceptance rate data includes the request data. 13. The device of claim 8 , wherein the request data further includes location level data, employee data, and regional level data associated with a merchant operating the device. 14. The device of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to perform operations comprising: transmitting real-time transaction data to the network location for the digital lockbox for real-time dynamic tracking of access to the sensitive user data. 15. A computer readable storage medium comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a device, cause the device to perform operations comprising: transmitting, by an originating device associated with a location, request data, the request data including identifying information for the originating device, and identifying information from a user device; receiving, by the originating device, a unique token, wherein when the unique token is received from the user device, the unique token is associated with a network location for a digital lockbox storing sensitive user data associated with the user device; accessing the sensitive user data in the digital lockbox at the network location using the unique token; and establishing secure communications between a computing system associated with the originating device and the user device using the sensitive user data. 16. The computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the instructions further cause the device to perform operations comprising: facilitating a dynamic update to tracking data at the digital lockbox associated with the secure communications. 17. The computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the unique token is received as part of a one-time universal resource locator (URL) link that identifies the network location of the digital lockbox. 18. The computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the request data includes a Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) authorization to communicate with the user device. 19. The computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the instructions further cause the device to perform operations comprising: comprising tracking acceptance rate data at the originating device, wherein the originating device is a sale (POS) device, and wherein the acceptance rate data includes the request data. 20. The computer readable storage medium of claim 15 , wherein the instructions further cause the device to perform operations comprising: transmitting real-time transaction data to the network location for the digital lockbox for real-time dynamic tracking of access to the sensitive user data.
