A flux sensing system includes a memory and a processor in communication with the memory and at least one sensing device, the memory storing a plurality of capabilities and a plurality of semantic fluxes associated with the plurality of capabilities. Based on inputs from the at least one sensing device, the computing system is configured to determine an active servicing capability associated with a first semantic flux and/or a consumer interest associated with a second semantic flux and match the interest with the capability based on semantic drift inference.

I claim: 1. A flux sensing system, comprising: a first sensor and a second sensor, a processor and a memory associated with the flux sensing system, the memory storing a plurality of capabilities, the memory further storing a plurality of semantic fluxes, a first semantic flux amongst the plurality of semantic fluxes being associated with a servicing agent providing at least one capability among the plurality of capabilities, the at least one capability having been published by the servicing agent as an active capability, and further being indicative of an access control to the at least one capability; wherein the memory contains programming instructions configured to cause the processor to associate the servicing agent to servicing a consumer by: inferring the active capability associated with the first semantic flux based on an input from the first sensor, inferring an interest of the consumer based on an input from the second sensor, inferring a capability matching between the active capability and the interest of the consumer based on semantic drift inference between the active capability and the consumer interest, and when no capability matching is inferred based on the semantic drift inference between the active capability and the consumer interest, then inferring the capability matching between the active capability and the interest of the consumer further based on a feedback from the consumer, and associating the active capability as a servicing capability to the consumer based on the inferred matching. 2. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first sensor and the second sensor is attached to the servicing agent. 3. The flux sensing system of claim 2 , wherein the step of inferring the active capability comprises receiving a status indication of the capability from the servicing agent. 4. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first sensor and the second sensor is external to the servicing agent. 5. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the second sensor comprises the first sensor. 6. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the capability matching comprises a time interval matching between the active capability and the consumer interest. 7. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the capability matching comprises a semantic interval matching between the active capability and the consumer interest. 8. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the consumer interest is further based on a consumer preference. 9. The flux sensing system of claim 8 , wherein the consumer preference is associated with a semantic profile. 10. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the consumer interest is based on a consumer type. 11. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the consumer interest is based on a consumer capability. 12. The flux sensing system of claim 11 , wherein the consumer capability is based on a semantic identity inferred based on an additional input from the second sensor. 13. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the system associates the active capability with the consumer based on an input from the consumer. 14. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the servicing agent is associated with a provider. 15. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the servicing agent comprises an asset. 16. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the servicing agent supervises an asset. 17. The flux sensing system of claim 1 , wherein the servicing agent owns an asset. 18. A flux sensing system, comprising: a first sensor, a processor and a memory associated with the flux sensing system, the memory storing a plurality of capabilities, the memory further storing a plurality of semantic fluxes, a first semantic flux amongst the plurality of semantic fluxes being associated with a servicing agent providing at least one capability among the plurality of capabilities, a second semantic flux amongst the plurality of semantic fluxes being associated with a consumer, the servicing agent publishing the at least one capability; the memory further containing programming instructions configured to cause the processor to associate the servicing agent to servicing the consumer by: determining that the published at least one capability associated with the first semantic flux is an active capability based on an input from the first sensor, determining an interest associated with the second semantic flux, inferring a capability matching between the active capability and the interest based on semantic drift inference between the active capability and the interest, and when no capability matching is inferred based on the semantic drift inference between the active capability and the consumer interest, then inferring the capability matching between the active capability and the interest further based on a feedback from the consumer, and associating the active capability as a servicing capability to the consumer based on the inferred matching. 19. The flux sensing system of claim 18 , wherein the step of determining the active capability comprises receiving a status indication of the capability from the servicing agent. 20. The flux sensing system of claim 18 , wherein the first sensor is attached to the servicing agent. 21. The flux sensing system of claim 18 , wherein the first sensor is external to the servicing agent. 22. The flux sensing system of claim 18 , wherein the capability matching comprises a time interval matching between the active capability and the consumer interest. 23. The flux sensing system of claim 18 , wherein the capability matching comprises a semantic interval matching between the active capability and the consumer interest. 24. The flux sensing system of claim 18 , wherein the consumer interest is based on a consumer preference. 25. The flux sensing system of claim 24 , wherein the consumer preference is associated with a semantic profile. 26. The flux sensing system of claim 18 , wherein the consumer interest is based on a consumer capability. 27. The flux sensing system of claim 18 , wherein the consumer interest is based on a consumer type. 28. The flux sensing system of claim 26 , wherein the consumer capability is based on a determined semantic identity.
