The present invention provides an alloy for overlay welding with which an alumina barrier layer containing an Al oxide can be formed on a projection that is overlay welded on an inner surface of a reaction tube, and a reaction tube having a projection that is overlay welded on the inner surface as a stirring member. An alloy for overlay welding according to the present invention is an alloy for overlay welding that is to be used in overlay welding, and the alloy contains C in an amount of 0.2 mass % to 0.6 mass %, Si in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 1.0 mass %, Mn in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 0.6 mass % or less, Cr in an amount of 25 mass % to 35 mass %, Ni in an amount of 35 mass % to 50 mass %, Nb in an amount of 0.5 mass % to 2.0 mass %, Al in an amount of 3.0 mass % to 6.0 mass %, Y in an amount of 0.005 mass % to 0.05 mass %, wherein Y/Al is 0.002 or more to 0.015 or less; and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities.

What is claimed is: 1. An alloy for overlay welding that is to be used in overlay welding, the alloy consisting essentially of: C in an amount of 0.2 mass % to 0.6 mass %; Si in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 1.0 mass %; Mn in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 0.6 mass % or less; Cr in an amount of 25 mass % to 35 mass %; Ni in an amount of 35 mass % to 50 mass %; Nb in an amount of 0.5 mass % to 2.0 mass %; Al in an amount of more than 4.0 mass % to 6.0 mass %; Y in an amount of 0.005 mass % to 0.05 mass %, wherein Y/Al is 0.002 or more to 0.015 or less; optionally one or more elements selected from the group consisting of W in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 2.0 mass % or less, Mo in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 1.0 mass % or less, Ti and/or Zr in a total amount of more than 0 mass % to 0.5 mass % or less, and Hf in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 0.5 mass % or less; and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. 2. The alloy for overlay welding according to claim 1 , further comprising: a rare earth element in an amount of 0.01 mass % to 0.20 mass %; and, wherein (Y+rare earth elements)/Al is 0.0045 or more to 0.04 or less. 3. The alloy for overlay welding according to claim 1 , wherein Al is in an amount of 5.0 mass % or less. 4. The alloy for overlay welding according to claim 2 , wherein Al is in an amount of 5.0 mass % or less. 5. A reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection that has a projection that is overlay welded on an inner surface of a tube main body, wherein the tube main body is made of a heat-resistant alloy containing Al in an amount of 2.0 mass % or more and Nb in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 1.0 mass % or less, and the projection is made of the alloy for overlay welding according to claim 1 . 6. A reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection that has a projection that is overlay welded on an inner surface of a tube main body, wherein the tube main body is made of a heat-resistant alloy containing Al in an amount of 2.0 mass % or more and Nb in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 1.0 mass % or less, and the projection is made of the alloy for overlay welding according to claim 2 . 7. A reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection that has a projection that is overlay welded on an inner surface of a tube main body, wherein the tube main body is made of a heat-resistant alloy containing Al in an amount of 2.0 mass % or more and Nb in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 1.0 mass % or less, and the projection is made of the alloy for overlay welding according to claim 3 . 8. A reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection that has a projection that is overlay welded on an inner surface of a tube main body, wherein the tube main body is made of a heat-resistant alloy containing Al in an amount of 2.0 mass % or more and Nb in an amount of more than 0 mass % to 1.0 mass % or less, and the projection is made of the alloy for overlay welding according to claim 4 . 9. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 5 , wherein a mass percent concentration of Nb in the projection is higher than that in the tube main body. 10. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 6 , wherein a mass percent concentration of Nb in the projection is higher than that in the tube main body. 11. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 7 , wherein a mass percent concentration of Nb in the projection is higher than that in the tube main body. 12. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 8 , wherein a mass percent concentration of Nb in the projection is higher than that in the tube main body. 13. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 5 , wherein a mass percent concentration of Al in the projection is higher than that in the tube main body. 14. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 6 , wherein a mass percent concentration of Al in the projection is higher than that in the tube main body. 15. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 7 , wherein a mass percent concentration of Al in the projection is higher than that in the tube main body. 16. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 8 , wherein a mass percent concentration of Al in the projection is higher than that in the tube main body. 17. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 6 , wherein a surface of the projection has an alumina barrier layer containing an Al oxide. 18. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 10 , wherein a surface of the projection has an alumina barrier layer containing an Al oxide. 19. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 14 , wherein a surface of the projection has an alumina barrier layer containing an Al oxide. 20. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 6 , wherein the inner surface of the tube main body has an alumina barrier layer containing an Al oxide. 21. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 10 , wherein the inner surface of the tube main body has an alumina barrier layer containing an Al oxide. 22. The reaction tube provided with an inner surface projection according to claim 14 , wherein the inner surface of the tube main body has an alumina barrier layer containing an Al oxide.
