The invention claimed is: 1. An electrolyte solution comprising: a solvent; a compound (1) represented by the following formula (1): wherein R 1 is a C1-C5 linear or branched non-fluorinated alkyl group optionally containing an ether bond; and hydrogen fluoride, wherein the hydrogen fluoride is present in an amount of 5 to 200 ppm relative to the electrolyte solution, wherein the solvent contains a non-fluorinated saturated cyclic carbonate and a non-fluorinated acyclic carbonate in a total amount of 20 to 100% by volume of the solvent; or the solvent contains a fluorinated saturated cyclic carbonate and a fluorinated acyclic carbonate in a total amount of 10 to 100% by volume of the solvent, wherein the compound (1) is present in an amount of 0.001 to 1% by mass relative to the electrolyte solution, wherein the non-fluorinated saturated cyclic carbonate includes non-fluorinated saturated cyclic carbonates containing a C2-C4 alkylene group, wherein the non-fluorinated acyclic carbonate includes at least one selected from the group consisting of CH 3 OCOOCH 3 , CH 3 CH 2 OCOOCH 2 CH 3 , CH 3 CH 2 OCOOCH 3 , CH 3 OCOOCH 2 CH 2 CH 3 , methyl butyl carbonate, ethyl propyl carbonate, and ethyl butyl carbonate, wherein when the solvent contains both the non-fluorinated acyclic carbonate and the non-fluorinated cyclic carbonate, the non-fluorinated cyclic carbonate and the non-fluorinated acyclic carbonate have a volume ratio of 5/95 to 95/5, wherein the fluorinated saturated cyclic carbonate includes a compound represented by the following formula (A): wherein X 1 to X 4 are the same as or different from each other, and are each —H, —CH 3 , —C 2 H 5 , —F, a fluorinated alkyl group optionally containing an ether bond, or a fluorinated alkoxy group optionally containing an ether bond; at least one of X 1 to X 4 is —F, a fluorinated alkyl group optionally containing an ether bond, or a fluorinated alkoxy group optionally containing an ether bond, wherein the fluorinated acyclic carbonate includes a compound represented by the following formula (B): Rf 2 OCOOR 6   (B) wherein Rf 2 is a C1-C7 fluorinated alkyl group; and R 6 is a C1-C7 alkyl group optionally containing a fluorine atom, and wherein when the solvent contains both the fluorinated acyclic carbonate and the fluorinated cyclic carbonate, the fluorinated cyclic carbonate and the fluorinated acyclic carbonate have a volume ratio of 5/95 to 95/5. 2. The electrolyte solution according to claim 1 , further comprising a compound (2) represented by the following formula (2): wherein R 2 and R 3 are the same as or different from each other, and are each a C1-C5 linear or branched non-fluorinated alkyl group optionally containing an ether bond. 3. The electrolyte solution according to claim 2 , wherein the compound (2) is present in an amount of 0.1 to 5% by mass relative to the electrolyte solution. 4. The electrolyte solution according to claim 1 , further comprising an electrolyte salt. 5. An electrochemical device comprising the electrolyte solution according to claim 1 . 6. A lithium ion secondary battery comprising the electrolyte solution according to claim 1 . 7. A module comprising the electrochemical device according to claim 5 . 8. A module comprising the lithium ion secondary battery according to claim 6 .
