The invention claimed is: 1. A payment system comprising: an identification element network disposed on a vehicle, the identification element network including a plurality of identification elements each connected to a power source of the vehicle; a lead identification element configured to wirelessly identify each of the plurality of identification elements in the identification element network and determine whether any of the plurality of identification elements is missing; and a secure element physically configured to receive an indication from the lead identification element that none of the plurality of identification elements is missing, the secure element including one or more processors and a memory containing processor-executable instructions to: register the plurality of identification elements, and based on the indication from the lead identification element that none of the plurality of identification elements is missing, communicate a token representing payment credentials and the plurality of identification elements to a payment service to complete a transaction. 2. The payment system in claim 1 , wherein the secure element determines whether all the identification elements of the plurality of identification elements are registered identification elements with the secure element. 3. The payment system in claim 2 , wherein the secure element stores in the memory: a unique ID; the lead identification element; details on the registered identification elements; payment module endpoint data; and related mobile device endpoint data. 4. The payment system in claim 1 , wherein at least one of the plurality of identification elements is disposed on a tire. 5. The payment system in claim 1 , wherein at least one of the plurality of identification elements is disposed in a light bulb. 6. The payment system in claim 1 , wherein the secure element is in a portable computing device. 7. The payment system in claim 1 , wherein the secure element generates dynamic tokens. 8. The payment system in claim 6 , further comprising a computing application on the portable computing device which is in communication with the secure element. 9. The payment system of claim 8 , wherein the computing application is in communication with a remote data storage system. 10. The payment system of claim 2 , wherein the lead identification element further comprises a processor; an input/output circuit; a power source; and a memory. 11. The payment system of claim 2 , wherein the plurality of identification elements register with the lead identification element. 12. The payment system of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of identification elements register with the secure element.
