A display device includes a display panel; a frame at a rear of the display panel; a light source between the display panel and the frame, the light source providing light for the display panel; and a reflecting sheet between the display panel and the frame, the reflecting sheet having a rectangular shape with a first long side, a second long side opposite the first long side, a first short side adjacent to the first long side and the second long side, and a second short side opposite the first short side.

What is claimed is: 1. A display device comprising: a display panel; a frame at a rear of the display panel; a light source between the display panel and the frame, the light source providing light for the display panel; and a reflecting sheet between the display panel and the frame, the reflecting sheet having a rectangular shape with a first long side, a second long side opposite the first long side, a first short side adjacent to the first long side and the second long side, and a second short side opposite the first short side, wherein the reflecting sheet includes: a first sheet part forming a central area of the reflecting sheet, the first sheet part including a light reflecting area reflecting light from the light source; and a second sheet part forming a side area of the reflecting sheet around the first sheet part, the second sheet part including light reflectance reducing areas for reducing reflectance of light from the light source, wherein at least one of the light reflectance reducing areas in the second sheet part is formed along the first long side or the first short side, wherein the at least one of the light reflectance reducing areas includes a first light reflectance reducing area including a plurality of first circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions, and a second light reflectance reducing area including a plurality of second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions, wherein a size of the first circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions is different from a size of the second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions, wherein each of the first and second light reflectance reducing areas is defined by all of the same size circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions next to each other, wherein a first tangent line of outermost first circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the first light reflectance reducing area directed to the light source is inclined with a first angle with respect to the first long side or the first short side, and a second tangent line of outermost second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the second light reflectance reducing area directed to the light source is inclined with a second angle with respect to the first long side or the first short side, wherein the first tangent line is tangent with at least two of the outermost first circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the first light reflectance reducing area, and the second tangent line is tangent with at least two of the outermost second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the second light reflectance reducing area, and wherein the first angle is different from the second angle. 2. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the first and second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions comprise one of dots, dark colored portions, black colored portions, uneven portions, or concave portions. 3. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the first and second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions form an uneven surface on the second sheet part of the reflecting sheet. 4. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one of the light reflectance reducing areas includes a vertical light reflectance reducing area along the first short side, wherein the vertical light reflectance reducing area includes a first vertical light reflectance reducing area including the first circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions, and a second vertical light reflectance reducing area including the second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions, wherein the size of the first circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the first vertical light reflectance reducing area is different from the size of the second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the second vertical light reflectance reducing area, and wherein each of the first and second vertical light reflectance reducing areas is defined by all of the same size circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions next to each other. 5. The display device of claim 4 , wherein a width of the first vertical light reflectance reducing area is a distance between a first vertical border line and a second vertical border line opposite to the first vertical border line with respect to the first vertical light reflectance reducing area, wherein the first vertical border line is a common tangent line of outermost first circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the first vertical light reflectance reducing area, and the second vertical border line in an opposite common tangent line of opposite outermost first circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the first vertical light reflectance reducing area, wherein a width of the second vertical light reflectance reducing area is a distance between a third vertical border line and a fourth vertical border line opposite to the third vertical border line with respect to the second vertical light reflectance reducing area, wherein the third vertical border line is a common tangent line of outermost second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the second vertical light reflectance reducing area, and the fourth vertical border line is an opposite common tangent line of opposite outermost second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the second vertical light reflectance reducing area, and wherein the third vertical border line is apart from the first vertical light reflectance reducing area or the second vertical border line is apart from the second vertical light reflectance reducing area. 6. The display device of claim 4 , wherein the vertical light reflectance reducing area further includes a third vertical light reflectance reducing area including a plurality of third circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions, wherein the third vertical light reflectance reducing area is defined by all of the same size of the plurality of third circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions next to each other, and wherein a size of the third circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the third vertical light reflectance reducing area is different from the size of the second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions in the second vertical light reflectance reducing area. 7. The display device of claim 6 , wherein the first vertical light reflectance reducing area is the closest to the first short side of the reflecting sheet, the second vertical light reflectance reducing area is farther from the first short side of the reflecting sheet than the first vertical light reflectance reducing area, and the third vertical light reflectance reducing area is the farthest area from the first short side of the reflecting sheet among the first vertical light reflectance reducing area, the second vertical light reflectance reducing area and the third vertical light reflectance reducing area. 8. The display device of claim 4 , wherein the second vertical light reflectance reducing area includes the second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions arranged in at least two lines along the first short side. 9. The display device of claim 4 , wherein the second vertical light reflectance reducing area includes the second circular-shaped light reflectance reducing portions arranged in a length direction of the second vertical light reflectance reducing area and in a width direction of the second vertical light reflectance reducing area. 10.
