A diffuser plate for a thermal transfer device can include a body having a number of first apertures and a second aperture that traverse therethrough, where the first apertures are asymmetrically arranged with respect to the second aperture. The first apertures can have a first shape and a first size, and where the first apertures are configured to receive a plurality of tubes. The second aperture has a second size, where the second size is larger than the first size.

What is claimed is: 1. A diffuser plate for a thermal transfer device, the diffuser plate comprising: a body; first apertures extending through the body, each of the first apertures having a first size and each of a first plurality of the first apertures being configured to receive a corresponding tube of a plurality of tubes; and a second aperture extending through the body, the second aperture (i) having a second size that is larger than the first size, (ii) overlapping a second plurality of the first apertures, and (iii) being located at an asymmetrical location with respect to the body. 2. The diffuser plate of claim 1 , wherein each of the first plurality of the first apertures is circular. 3. The diffuser plate of claim 1 , wherein an outer perimeter of the second aperture comprises at least a portion of a perimeter of the second plurality of the first apertures. 4. The diffuser plate of claim 3 , wherein the perimeter of the second aperture comprises projections, each projection corresponding to at least one of the second plurality of the first apertures. 5. The diffuser plate of claim 3 , wherein the perimeter of the second aperture comprises a base shape and a plurality of circle portions extending outward from the base shape, each of the plurality of circle portions corresponding to one of the second plurality of the first apertures overlapped by the second aperture. 6. The diffuser plate of claim 5 , wherein the base shape is substantially circular. 7. The diffuser plate of claim 5 , wherein the base shape is substantially square. 8. The diffuser plate of claim 1 further comprising a third aperture having a third size that is larger than the first size. 9. The diffuser plate of claim 8 , wherein the third size is different from the second size. 10. The diffuser plate of claim 1 , wherein the body has a variable thickness. 11. A thermal transfer device comprising: one or more walls forming an enclosure; a plurality of tubes disposed within the enclosure; and a diffuser plate comprising: a body; first apertures extending through the body, each of the first apertures having a first size and each of a first plurality of the first apertures being configured to receive a corresponding tube of the plurality of tubes; and a second aperture extending through the body, the second aperture (i) having a second size that is larger than the first size, (ii) overlapping a second plurality of the first apertures, and (iii) being located at an asymmetrical location with respect to the body. 12. The thermal transfer device of claim 11 , wherein each of the first plurality of the first apertures is circular. 13. The thermal transfer device of claim 11 , wherein a perimeter of the second aperture comprises a base shape and a plurality of circle portions extending outward from the base shape, each of the plurality of circle portions corresponding to one of the second plurality of the first apertures overlapped by the second aperture. 14. The thermal transfer device of claim 13 , wherein the base shape is substantially circular. 15. The thermal transfer device of claim 13 , wherein the base shape is substantially square. 16. The thermal transfer device of claim 11 further comprising a third aperture having a third size that is larger than the first size. 17. The thermal transfer device of claim 16 , wherein the third size is different from the second size. 18. The thermal transfer device of claim 11 , wherein the diffuser plate is a first diffuser plate and the body is a first body, the thermal transfer device further comprising: a second diffuser plate comprising: a second body; third apertures extending through the second body, each of the third apertures having the first size and each of a first plurality of the third apertures being configured to receive a corresponding tube of the plurality of tubes; and a fourth aperture extending through the second body, the fourth aperture (i) having a third size that is larger than the first size, (ii) overlapping a second plurality of the third apertures, and (iii) being located at an asymmetrical location with respect to the second body. 19. The thermal transfer device of claim 18 , wherein the fourth aperture of the second diffuser plate is misaligned with the second aperture of the first diffuser plate. 20. The thermal transfer device of claim 18 , wherein the second diffuser plate further comprises a fifth aperture having a fourth size that is larger than the first size.
