A glass composition for glass fiber includes SiO2 in the range of 52.0% by mass or more and 56.0% by mass or less; B2O3 in the range of 21.0% by mass or more and 24.5% by mass or less; Al2O3 in the range of 9.5% by mass or more and 13.0% by mass or less; MgO in the range of 0% by mass or more and less than 1.0% by mass; CaO in the range of 0.5% by mass or more and 5.5% by mass or less; SrO in the range of 0.5% by mass or more and 6.0% by mass or less; and TiO2 in the range of 0.1% by mass or more and 3.0% by mass or less; and includes F2 and Cl2 in the range of 0.1% by mass or more and 2.0% by mass or less in total, with respect to the total amount.

The invention claimed is: 1. A glass composition for glass fiber comprising: SiO 2 in a range of 52.0% by mass or more and 56.0% by mass or less; B 2 O 3 in a range of 21.0% by mass or more and 24.5% by mass or less; Al 2 O 3 in a range of 9.5% by mass or more and 13.0% by mass or less; MgO in a range of 0% by mass or more and less than 1.0% by mass; CaO in a range of 0.5% by mass or more and 4.8% by mass or less; SrO in a range of 0.5% by mass or more and 6.0% by mass or less; ZrO in a range of 0.0% by mass or more and 0.5% by mass or less; and TiO 2 in a range of 0.1% by mass or more and 3.0% by mass or less; and comprising at least one of F 2 and Cl 2 , wherein a collective amount of F 2 and Cl 2 is in a range of 0.1% by mass or more and 2.0% by mass or less. 2. The glass composition for glass fiber according to claim 1 , wherein a content M (% by mass) of MgO, a content C (% by mass) of CaO, a content S (% by mass) of SrO, and a content T (% by mass) of TiO 2 satisfy following formula (1): 0.60 ≤S 3/2 /{( M+S+T )× C 1/2 }≤1.07  (1). 3. The glass composition for glass fiber according to claim 2 , wherein the M, C, S, and T satisfy following formula (2): 0.66 ≤S 3/2 /{( M+S+T )× C 1/2 }≤1.07  (2). 4. The glass composition for glass fiber according to claim 3 , wherein the M, C, S, and T satisfy following formula (3): 0.66 ≤S 3/2 /{( M+S+T )× C 1/2 }≤0.78  (3). 5. Glass fiber formed from the glass composition for glass fiber according to claim 1 . 6. A glass fiber woven fabric comprising the glass fiber according to claim 5 . 7. A glass fiber-reinforced resin composition comprising the glass fiber according to claim 5 .
