Aspects herein relate to a knit textile or garment that comprises at least a first and second portion. The first portion comprises a first percentage by weight of a first yarn and a second yarn. The second portion comprises a second percentage by weight of the first yarn and the second yarn. The two portions are integrally knitted from each other. The second portions provide a high level of air permeability, while the first portions provide moisture wicking and may be used as modesty portions in garments.

Having thus described the invention, what is claimed is: 1. A knit textile having a single knit construction and comprising at least a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, the knit textile comprising: a plurality of cells, each cell comprising: a perimeter comprising a first percentage by weight of a first yarn type, the perimeter further comprising a second yarn type, wherein the first yarn type and the second yarn type form the first surface and the second surface of the perimeter of each cell of the plurality of cells, and wherein the perimeter of each cell of the plurality of cells is interconnected throughout the knit textile; and a central region enclosed within the perimeter, the central region comprising solely the second yarn type, wherein the second yarn type forms the first surface and the second surface of the central region of each cell of the plurality of cells, wherein the central region of each cell of the plurality of cells is isolated from one another, and wherein a first cell and a second cell in the plurality of cells have at least one common portion of the perimeter. 2. The knit textile of claim 1 , wherein the single knit construction is formed from at least the first yarn type and the second yarn type. 3. The knit textile of claim 1 , wherein a moisture regain of the first yarn type is less than the moisture regain of the second yarn type. 4. The knit textile of claim 1 , wherein the first yarn type comprises a terephthalate polymer. 5. The knit textile of claim 4 , wherein the terephthalate polymer comprises a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) comprising a cationic dyeable PET. 6. The knit textile of claim 1 , wherein the second yarn type is a monofilament comprising a polyamide. 7. The knit textile of claim 1 , wherein the second yarn type has a denier from about 23 denier to about 43 denier and the first yarn type has a denier from about 30 denier to about 100 denier. 8. The knit textile of claim 1 , wherein a shape of the first cell of the plurality of cells is generally ovoid. 9. The knit textile of claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the second yarn type is transparent or translucent. 10. A textile having a single knit construction and a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, the textile comprising: a first portion comprising a perimeter comprising a first percentage by weight of a first yarn type, wherein the first yarn type is a polyethylene terephthalate yarn (PET), and the perimeter of the first portion further comprising a second yarn type wherein the second yarn type is a monofilament polyamide, wherein the first yarn type and the second yarn type form the first surface and the second surface of the perimeter of the first portion of the textile; and a second central portion enclosed within the perimeter comprising solely the second yarn type, wherein the second yarn type forms the first surface and the second surface of the second portion of the textile, and wherein the first portion and the second portion integrally extend from one another. 11. The textile of claim 10 , wherein the textile further comprises a plurality of first portions and a plurality of second portions. 12. The textile of claim 11 , wherein each portion of the plurality of second portions is isolated from each other throughout the textile and spaced apart from an adjacent second portion by at least one first portion, and wherein the plurality of first portions are interconnected throughout the textile. 13. The textile of claim 10 , wherein air permeability of the textile is from about 1000 cubic feet per meter (CFM) to about 1400 CFM. 14. An apparel item comprising: a knit textile having a single knit construction and a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, the knit textile comprising at least: a first portion comprising a perimeter knitted using a second yarn type, wherein the second yarn type is a monofilament polyamide and a first percentage by weight of a first yarn type, wherein the first yarn type is a polyethylene terephthalate yarn (PET), wherein the first yarn type and the second yarn type form the first surface and the second surface of the perimeter of the first portion of the knit textile; and a second central portion enclosed within the perimeter, knitted using solely the second yarn type, wherein the second yarn type forms the first surface and the second surface of the second portion of the knit textile, and wherein the first portion and the second portion are integrally knitted from one another. 15. The apparel item of claim 14 , wherein the knit textile further comprises a plurality of first portions] and a plurality of second portions. 16. The apparel item of claim 15 , wherein the knit textile further comprises at least one third portion, and wherein the at least one third portion is integrally knitted from at least one of the plurality of first portions or from at least one of the plurality of second portions. 17. The apparel item of claim 16 , wherein the at least one third portion comprises a continuous knit construction and comprises the second yarn type and a third percentage by weight of the first yarn type. 18. The apparel item of claim 17 , wherein the third percentage by weight of the first yarn type is greater than at least the second percentage by weight of the first yarn type.
