What is claimed is: 1. Recycled pulp that derives from a used sanitary article, the recycled pulp comprising: an antibacterial activity value of 2.0 or more; and an ash content of 0.65% by weight or less, wherein the used sanitary article comprises pulp fiber and superabsorbent polymer, and the ash content comprises a remainder of decomposed superabsorbent polymer. 2. The recycled pulp according to claim 1 , further comprising an acid. 3. The recycled pulp according to claim 2 , wherein the acid is a citric acid. 4. The recycled pulp according to claim 1 , further comprising a cationic antibacterial agent. 5. The recycled pulp according to claim 4 , wherein the cationic antibacterial agent is a quaternary ammonium salt. 6. The recycled pulp according to claim 4 , wherein the cationic antibacterial agent is a benzalkonium chloride or a cetylpyridinium chloride. 7. The recycled pulp according to claim 4 , wherein at least a portion of the cationic antibacterial agent is adsorbed on the recycled pulp. 8. The recycled pulp according to claim 1 , wherein the recycled pulp is in a damp state. 9. An absorbent comprising the recycled pulp according to claim 1 . 10. Tissue comprising the recycled pulp according to claim 1 . 11. Non-woven fabric comprising the recycled pulp according to claim 1 . 12. A sanitary article comprising an absorbent that comprises the recycled pulp according to claim 1 . 13. A sanitary article comprising at least one of tissue or non-woven fabric as a configurational material, wherein the at least one of the tissue or the non-woven fabric comprises the recycled pulp according to claim 1 . 14. The recycled pulp according to claim 1 , wherein the antibacterial activity value is 5.5 or more.
